NDC’s 24-Hour Economy: A Grand Deception, Not Delivered! Ladies and gentlemen, fellow Ghanaians, When the NDC was in opposition, they promised you a "24-Hour Economy"—a bold, revolutionary policy that would create jobs, boost productivity, and transform Ghana into a non-stop economic hub. They even promised "1-3-3" employment, where three people would share one job to reduce unemployment. President Mahama said nightclubs would operate 24 hours, and businesses would get incentives to stay open round-the-clock. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Minister for Government Communitions said waakye sellers will sell 24hours. But now, in government, what have they delivered? A footnote of the existing and ongoing GHANA BEYOND AID CHARTER- and not the bold, job-creating revolution they promised! We told them countless times, that the big talk they were making cannot be artificially engineered. You can’t put a gun to the head of a businessman to operate 24hours. We told them that, providing subsidised power does not automatically translate into 24hours. We told them, you cannot implement 24hour economy everywhere in the country. We told them 24hour economy in itself isn’t a policy but rather an outcome of a set of policies. They said we lie and we are naysayers! They are here today in office at the back of that scam of a promise and they are shifting the post. They specifically promised us a shift job system and they are unashamedly introducing to us an existing Economic Transformation Policy Document. Where in the document can we find the specific lofty promises they made under the so called 24hour policy. 1. The "24-Hour Economy" Was a Scam! The NDC sold Ghanaians a dream—that under their leadership, businesses, factories, and even government offices would operate 24/7, creating massive employment. REALITY CHECK: • No Mandate, No Shift Work Boom: They claimed three people would share one job via shifts. Where is it? • Public Sector? Forgotten! They promised 24-hour government services. Now? Only a few agencies (like ports) are mentioned and a few like Ghana publishing that have be operating 24hours long before the NDC came to office. And they do operate 24hours cos their sector demands it and not any special government intervention. • Nightclubs? Nowhere in the Plan! Mahama specifically said nightclubs would run 24 hours. But the policy document doesn’t even mention them! Conclusion: 1. The NDC lied about a 24-hour economy. They tricked voters into believing in mass employment, but all they delivered is a consultant’s report—not real change. 2. The "1-3-3" Job Promise? A Joke! The NDC promised three workers per job to tackle unemployment. It sounded too good to be true—because it was! REALITY CHECK: • The policy document does not mention "1-3-3" even once! • Instead, they talk about 1.7 million jobs by 2028—but these are just regular jobs, not the shift-based employment they promised. • The document even admits that unemployment will still be at 12% by 2028 (Table 2, p. 35). So where is the massive job creation they promised? Conclusion: The NDC abandoned their flagship job policy. They deceived Ghanaians with a catchy slogan, then ditched it when they got power. • No guaranteed electricity or security for night-time businesses—just vague promises. The country has already been knocked into Dumsor. Conclusion: The incentives are useless for most businesses. The NDC overpromised and underdelivered. Final Verdict: The NDC Lied to Ghana! • No 24-hour public sector. • No "1-3-3" jobs. • No nightclub revolution No Techiman highways vulcaniser working at 3am • Just another Copy & Paste from an existing GHANA BEYOND AID CHARTER which is more wholistic that addresses our country’s economic fundamentals and reinforces our earlier position on the 24hour Economy not in itself being a policy but an outcome of a set of policies. Ghanaians were sold a dream, but the NDC is delivering a scam. #NDCLied #NDCscam

*Dr. Gideon Boako writes on Cedi Performance and the underpinning Bawumia Formula* *Like the typical NDC, our Goldbod CEO, Sammy Gyamfi, is failing to appreciate the issues and show gratitude for implementing the Bawumia Formula.* They steal your ideas and insult you on top of it!_ 1. First, why are we all celebrating a stronger cedi today? 2. Yesterday, the Finance Minister attributed the cedi’s strong performance to the NPP’s Gold for Forex initiative! Well, he said the programme of the GoldBod to buy and sell gold. Yes, Gold4Forex! 3. But, how did it all begin? Whose idea was it to leverage our gold to stabilise our currency, the cedi? 4. It was Bawumia! He found a solution to the problem that the country had battled with since the 1960s without success, cedi depreciation. 5. *It was Bawumia who realised that we can use our own gold to protect our local currency* and he started on two fronts: (a) by doing what no government had done before, building up Ghana’s gold reserves heavily and (b) by selling gold to tackle a forex problem for buying the one commodity that affects the price of everything, petrol/diesel, with the Gold for Oil initiative. *Remember that G4O was a pilot scheme*. 6. The experiment worked, with the Central Bank accumulating gold reserves and releasing cedis for PMMC to buy gold for forex. Indeed, BoG used gold for forex (G4FX) for several items, including drugs, legitimate repatriation of profits for multinationals, eg, $211m for MTN stuck here for years. 7. *Bawumia promised in 2024 to institutionalise Gold for Forex to make it the main basic anchor for cedi’s stability.* 8. He laid out his plans in the NPP’s 2024 Manifesto. The NDC read it. Liked it. 7. He did not win, but the NDC which won saw wisdom in it and, with the GoldBod, has made G4FX their only known key policy! Not even 24 Hour Economy has happened! 8. But, when Bawumia started this G4FX agenda, the NDC called him all sorts of names. They said it could not yield any results. They even described it as corrupt! But Bawumia believed in his ideas, and he had the support of his boss, President Akufo-Addo, to pursue the plan. Today, we are here because of Bawumia’s brains, his vision, and his ability to find solutions to Ghana’s problems. 9. *Today, not only NDC, all gold producing economies in Africa, including Namibia and Burkina Faso, are using the Bawumia Gold Formula to achieve macroeconomic stability and protect their economies.* 10. But, is the Mahama government going about it the right way? We doubt it. We are worried. 11. The aim of Bawumia and the NPP was to build both gold and gross international reserves to appreciable levels before seeking to inject dollars into the economy as a measure to contain depreciation. 12. The NDC has neglected building up our gold reserves since January and only focusing on buying gold for forex. This imbalance will cost us dearly if not fixed quickly. 13. You cannot continue injecting dollars without addressing the structural defects that keep the local currency on the depreciating path. 14. Gold for Forex is one thing, but where is the industrialisation policy too? 15. If today’s quantum of reserves had not been built by the previous government, there is no way the current government could pump such a huge amount of dollars into the market to contain the depreciation. 16. If the NPP government had not thought about the future, the cedi would have been suffering today. Mahama should think about the future like we did, start again to build higher gold reserves, and let’s see his industrialisation programme as well. 17. For now, please thank Bawumia and the NPP for bringing the idea of using our gold to stabilise our cedi. Don't be ungrateful. Ghana succeeds for all of us. Shalom.

Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky on why your company has too many meetings (and it's not what you think) Most companies blame meeting overload on bad habits, weak managers, or poor scheduling. Brian Chesky thinks they're looking in the wrong place entirely. The real culprit is simpler and harder to fix than any of those things. You just have too many people. "The reason there's too many meetings in a company isn't because they don't have meeting-no-meeting Wednesdays. It's because they have too many people. People create meetings. And the best way to get rid of meetings is to not have so many people." His argument runs deeper than headcount management. It's about what happens when you hire people who aren't truly excellent and what those people inevitably do next. You've probably heard the classic line: A-players hire A-players, B-players hire C-players. Chesky amends it: "B players hire lots of C players — not just a few, but a lot. Because those are the kind of people that like building empires." The reason is structural, not personal. A person who can't do the job can't hire someone better than themselves, so they hire down. Then they need two or three of those people just to cover the gap. Those people scatter, pulling in different directions, and suddenly you have more meetings, more overhead, and less output. Chesky's response at Airbnb was surgical. He removed layers of management and returned to a functional structure with one strict rule: You can only manage a function if you're actually an expert in it. "The head of design has to actually manage the work first. You don't manage people. You manage people through the work." He credits this thinking to Jony Ive. At most tech companies, heads of design manage the people rather than the design itself, a separation Chesky found completely incoherent. "How can you manage the people separate from the design? Jony Ive would say, 'No, my main job is to manage the work. I build a team and we design together, but I'm mostly looking at the work. I'm not having career conversations all day long. That's crazy.'" Lean means every person is genuinely excellent and led by someone embedded deeply enough in the craft to judge their output. When that's true, decisions move faster and work gets evaluated on its merits. Most companies treat meeting overload as a scheduling problem. Chesky thinks that's the wrong diagnosis entirely, and until you address the root cause, no policy is going to fix it.

putin is basically gaslighting the room. He is up there taking a victory lap for 'economic growth' while his own Central Bank chief is sweating bullets over inflation and tax hikes. Inflation is far from "decreasing" in any meaningful way. It’s easy to have 'zero unemployment' when you’ve sent hundreds of thousands of working-age men to the front lines or watched them flee the country. The reality? They’re cannibalising their future to pay for a war they can't afford. They’ve burned through the Soviet-era hardware, drained the rainy-day fund, and now they’re stuck choosing between hyperinflation or an economic freeze. putin calls it 'professional coordination'. putin: “I note that the government is acting professionally and professionally. It is implementing a saturated agenda aimed at the positive changes in the citizen's life in the whole country. Despite all the challenges, Russia is growing forward. We have stable, key macroeconomic indicators. The national economy's structure is gradually changing in favor of the increase in the added cost. The inflation is decreasing. At a historically minimal level, unemployment is being found." Nabiullina some days ago: Elvira Nabiullina (Head of the Russian Central Bank): "In the coming months, prices will be significantly affected by the increase in VAT and regulated prices. We still have to assess what their final effect will be.” Serhiy Fursa (Ukranian Economic Expert): “And it will continue to degrade as long as the war lasts because war is very expensive. For the first three years of the war, they relied on cash reserves they had accumulated, but that money has run out. Consequently, they are forced to take the only path left — the printing press. A printing press is always a major long-term problem. But it won’t happen overnight. They won’t turn into Venezuela instantly. That won't happen. However, every following week, Russia's economic position will be weaker than the previous week. They understand this, and Nabiullina understands this. They are now caught in a trap: on one hand, they need to print money to finance the war because there are no other sources, but on the other hand, they need to control inflation. This economic decline is largely the result of raising the key interest rate to a very high level at the end of last year to fight inflation. Now they are gradually lowering it. They just dropped it from 16.5% to 16%. That is still a very high level, but they are moving toward lowering it to fuel the economy. However, you cannot lower the rate and fight inflation simultaneously while printing money. That is the trap. Printing money is their only alternative because war is expensive. While Ukraine has external support from the EU and previously the US, for Russia, "love is for money." All the stories with China, North Korea, and Iran — that’s all for money, not for love. They need that cash. This trap isn't going anywhere; it will keep pressing on the Russian economy. Furthermore, both financial and military reserves are exhausted. All those tanks and APCs accumulated over almost 100 years since the Brezhnev era to "march on Berlin or Paris" — they are finished. Yes, they have many missiles and drones, which affects our psyche (keeping us without light), but it doesn't change the front line. Their resources are depleting, and their de facto fascist regime is deterring investment. Another major problem for both Ukraine and Russia is the labor shortage. The only answer is migration. But it's very hard to encourage migration while simultaneously screaming that "all other ethnicities should be killed," as Russian propaganda does. So they are degrading. But we shouldn't delude ourselves that they will collapse in a month. There won't be a sudden banking crisis, but we are waiting for the moment the Russian economy enters a "nose-dive."

This Gal Removed a $40K IRS lien & Property Taxes Because Of Our Teaching....Take a listen. This is a FABULOUS testimonial from a Platinum Group member who was facing: $40,000 in TAXES the IRS claimed she owed because of taking HER MONEY out of HER IRA the year before. Taking $60K OF HER OWN MONEY resulted in the IRS demanding $40K in taxes??? For real??? Her team of CPA & BAR CARD dorks suggested she SELL one of her properties TO PAY THE IRS like it was no big deal. She is in retirement age and has two properties. She's not selling! We taught her how to EXIT THE IRS to remove that fraud claim. We taught her how to convey her paid if full property off the county recorder and INTO THE PRIVATE to remove property taxes. Hear me now, I only speak about things I KNOW TO BE TRUE from personal experience. As you can hear from her, they didn't take her documents the first time, which is why you have to learn how to stand upon your rights vs their statues. But they took them the second time, and conveyed her property TO THE PRIVATE. We save her $100K! This is why we have a University, and we can't just put it into a book. There are over 3200 counties in the USA and while they SHOULD all be performing the same, they just don't and we have a community in the University so you can bring us the situation. We teach the law, and then when the civil servants don't do their job, as per their oath to the Constitution, we teach you how to be assertive to get the job done. You gain the confidence to be assertive by: 1. Learning the law vs statutes. 2. Learning from the victories of others. 3. Doing it yourself, so the confidence PERMEATES your soul. You rights come from God and are INHERENT. Nobody is going to hand them to you. Only YOU can open up your big belligerent mouth and speak them! Oh but they call me a "grifter". Unlearn the indoctrination. Scott and I were never indoctrinated. We were gifted wisdom from God to question what makes no sense. Follow me to freedom! Link in profile to join our Inalienable University because your rights are INALIENABLE. Nobody can take them. You can't even give them away. Watch:
