That’s according to the National Audit Office which has refused to sign off the Government’s accounts for the third year in a row. It found ❌ 338 public bodies had unaudited accounts ❌ 145 failed to provide the any information at all. That’s 483 public organisations where auditors couldn’t fully verify the figures. Yet every time there’s a hole in the public finances, we’re told the answer is higher taxes. Before asking taxpayers for another penny… …surely the Government should have to prove where our tax money has gone?

It starts with slashing the wasteful spending of the Whitmer administration. We can pay to eliminate the tax on work entirely (TWICE) just from the spending increases of her administration. When we get rid of the tax on work, we’ll put more money in your pocket and unleash prosperity again in Michigan.
