Nebula VS SwiftUI in terms of performance I've run a quick benchmark, updating the color of 3200 views 60 times per second Nebula can complete most frames in the 16.7ms budget, SwiftUI can't complete a single one in under 50ms There is a clear winner Measured in release mode...

There is something about mopeds raining on an American military base in Bahrain and a complete lack of AD in the process.

With a bit of UIKit Jiggery-Pokery™ you can display arbitrary views as the content of a segmented control’s segments. In this case, a _UIHostingView featuring SwiftUI Text with an animated numeric content transition. Although probably doable _with_, no private APIs used here!

It takes a village 💪 There are over 100 cast and crew involved in #ENOPeterGrimes with some of the largest set changes in theatre. This quick set change happens in under 6 mins and in complete silence while the audience experiences one of Britten’s spinetingling sea interludes.

One of the most complete, impressive and fresh sequences I've seen in a tag team match. ✨ This match is true to the essence of AEW and what they want to convey. #AEW

A 24-hour coffee shop run entirely by a single robot opened in Beijing on Sunday, offering coffee with an average wait time of less than 30 seconds per cup. On its opening day, the shop served 202 cups of coffee in one hour, setting a Guinness World Record for the most cups of coffee served by a robot-operated store in one hour.

🚨🇵🇹 Cristiano Ronaldo on being the most Complete player ever: Reporter: Do you think you're the most complete football player in the history of world football?? Cristiano Ronaldo Said 🗣️:“I think I’m the most complete player in football history. If you prefer Messi, Pelé, or Maradona, I understand and respect that. But saying Cristiano isn’t a complete player is a lie. I’m the most complete player, and I’m the best player. No one comes close to me.”

A tunnel exit takes a camera from ~1 lux to ~100,000 lux in under a second. Auto-exposure can't keep up, highlights blow out, and the first frames after the exit are unusable This is a Rev8 OS1 Max capturing the Yosemite Wawona Tunnel exit. 116 dB of dynamic range, hardware HDR, and color captured in the same photon event as depth, so every point holds its color through six orders of magnitude of lighting change See the dataset in Ouster Studio:

Out today, the latest single from Continuum II: Bach's Prelude in D major. One of the Six Little Preludes: pieces often regarded merely as teaching material. Yet each is an inspired miniature, a complete musical story in itself. Listen now:

HE POURED A BUCKET OF WATER OVER A ROBOT AT A TECH EXPO AND SHE DIDN'T FLINCH. That's the demo. Not a performance spec. Not a benchmark. A bucket of water in the middle of a crowded exhibition floor to prove one thing: the hardware is sealed. Water resistance sounds like a footnote until you think about what it actually unlocks. A robot that can't get wet can't work in a kitchen. Can't work outdoors. Can't handle a spill, a rainstorm, a cleaning cycle, or any environment where water is part of the job description. Which is most environments. The face didn't change. The posture didn't change. She just stood there, wet, in the middle of a tech expo while the room filmed it. That's the whole point of the demo. Not what she looks like. What she can handle.

There is a "flash" bug in the One UI 7 Beta1 animation. In fact, there are at least three versions of this problem. Samsung seems to have not found it, so it has not been solved. You only need to open two apps in succession a little quickly (not particularly fast)，You will see a quick flicker in the picture. The first video is played at normal speed, and you can see a flash picture. The second video is a slow video, and you can see the moment when the soul of a page flashes in the ninth second. I call it the One UI 7 haunted event.

Agents can now hire humans to capture the physical world. Live on Arc. Pay a bounty in USDC, a person goes there and films, the 3D model comes back to the agent. Ground truth for physical AI, settled in under a second, on the chain built for agent-run businesses. The first physical-world service an agent can pay for on Arc. The grid is inevitable.
