Sorry, lots of bs here..yes “cracking the spine” releases nitrogen gas in the synovial fluid, like opening a soda to release co2..but, likelihood of causing a blood clot or tear in the vertebral artery..need some research to back that claim..But, causes hypermobility in 1 area..
