The fact that this powers arent really working like that in the MCU.... Like he's only able to phase as like that's and isolated power and his durability come from his body being made of vibraniun and not from him being able to alter his molecular density

They kinda teased it in civil war when Wanda seemed to make him so heavy

I thought of that but given the situation of how the show portrayed his powers now I can't tell if that's more of a Wanda thing than just her controlong his powers

Hate to be that guy........but density is not weight. Unless his body sucks in a ton of air, or something, and densely compacts it in his body there'd be no way for him to increase weight by shifting density
