This is covered in the NCAA Baseball Replay Regulations. If the play is overturned - place runners based on where they would have ended up had the call been correct. After they determine the call is overturned they then looked to see where R2 was….and scored him.

They called the runner out and it got overturned on replay and the runner from 2nd was allowed to score? Am I seeing this right?

High school umpire here. Looking from the replay R2 didn’t try to score when the throw from SS. So unless there is another angle where we can see where the runner was when he was called safe. Then IMO he would have been put back at 3rd.

Not an umpire but he is safe because the first baseman foot is not touching the base when he catches the ball. Seems simple especially with a replay to look at

Not what we were asking. They allowed the runner from 2nd base to score on this even tho the play was dead after the umpire called the runner out

Replay revealed that the runner was safe at 1st which would’ve kept the inning alive, and had the call been safe on the field, it was deemed the runner going home was too close to the plate for there to be a legitimate play there.

@:34 Seconds the first baseman foot on the bag with the ball. His foot comes off the bag, probably @:34.5 Seconds but guess what???? How long the foot on the bag doesn’t matter it just has to be on there when the balls in the glove and you’re out so I think the head coach should definitely be protesting this game 💯 P.S. If you got an android you damn sure ain’t gonna be able to find the times you need to see if the car was correct or not. 😂
