Needed this book when we were kids

@Trevornoah I had the same thought when I read “Into the Uncut Grass”—where was this book when I was young? It would have created profound understanding between me and my parents. I literally want to assign this book in my English class. I think it’s playfully wise. So much to grapple with.

@Trevornoah I am this parent. It DOES give them space to figure things out. Ofc, there are things that have and urgency but most things have leeway. This is probably why my kids are so independent.

I did not need it. But talking about needed books, someone please deliver some history books to this person
