Gary Brecka, who chairs Bobby Kennedy's MAHA action committee, says America's food system was engineered to make you sick on purpose. He's careful with his words for most of the interview. Not here. Brecka argues the disastrous dietary guidelines Americans grew up trusting were never an accident. BRECKA: "That food pyramid wasn't architected by accident. Lucky Charms wasn't more nutritious than grass-fed steak by accident. Highly processed foods didn't make it to the top of the chart. That was intentional." "We are undoing decades of intentional malfeasance that, in my opinion—not to be a conspiracy theorist—was designed to make the American population sick and more dependent on drugs." DR. PHIL: "I couldn't agree with you more, and I don't think it's just wild conspiracy theory."

Human biologist and nutritionist expert Gary Brecka says the only way to extend your life is to cut out processed foods You have to “avoid them like the plague” Megyn Kelly “You say the only diet rule that matters is to avoid processed foods?” Gary Brecka “Yes. I mean, processed foods are the devil. You can't eat them. You do not buy them. Do not have them in your pantry. Do not give them to your children. Avoid them like the plague. — There is no argument for dogmatic dieting to extend life. It's not keto, paleo, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, you know, raw food. The secret to extended life is the absence of processed food” The shocking thing is that 66% of kids diets in America are processed foods and they are so unhealthy for them The average adult eats about 53-56% processed foods This is why we have a chronic disease epidemic in America. The majority of processed food should just be banned. We should just stop allowing ourselves to be poisoned - 74% of American adults now are overweight or obese - Close to 50% of children are overweight or obese - 77% of young adults are unfit to serve in the military because of these issues like obesity - A full 50% of American adults have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes - Young adult cancers are up 79%

Sunday at Hill Dickinson Stadium and it is Everton against themselves, Everton against the world. In this thoroughly modern setting – red brick, dockland steel, food carts hawking wood-fired pizza and Brazilian barbecue – an old-school story is played out. It is a blue wall of blocking and clearing until the wall crumbles and the muttering starts. It is disjointed beyond belief, a wrestling match between dismay and elation. Finally, it is a whip-crack of defiance. George Caulkin heads to Everton for the latest instalment of Our League. 🔗

.Mike from PA uses his legal expertise to explain how ABSOLUTELY COOKED Ethan Klein is from a legal perspective! "Let me tell you: Ethan Klein is COOKED! Why? 1) He had no money before their divorce. All of their money was made while they were married. 2) They have multiple young children. 3) They're married for more than 10 years. 4) He committed the infidelity." "She's gonna take at least 60% or more of the money. She's also gonna take full custody of the children... so there's gonna be an extremely high amount of spousal support and child support number." "Furthermore, that's all gonna be drawing on already existing assets and they're gonna be valuing his income support numbers based on back looking income data, meaning his podcast is annihilated but the CONSEQUENCES of that are not gonna be felt/provable FOR YEARS, so the spousal support number and the child support number is gonna be based on backward income that existed WHEN THE SHOW WAS GOING ON!" "This guy went from a wealthy guy uses his money to bully people, to his wife is the best positioned person to destroy him and take every fucking dollar that he has! He's gonna end up with less than 10% of the money he had before the affair." "He is profoundly repulsive in every way, he has no rizz and no natural charisma. So if this is taken to trial, he will be ABSOLUTELY ANNIHILATED!"
