The government intelligence failed thoroughly during the protest. Protests of these kinds can weaken the country and create confidence in the minds of the anti social elements. These kind of protests should be met with systematic scenario based response systems. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we have to learn from our capable enemy China and improvise on their methods.They are masters in dispersing crowds. The legal framework has to enabled for this. An undertaking has to be obtained prior to issuing approval for protest or March, which should convey acceptance of use of force by law enforcement, if there is any violation of the undertaking. This will bind the protestors into the legal framework work. Use of electric batons, peper sprays, stun guns, stun bombs, sound frequency based equipment, pellet guns should be made legal and acceptable by protesters in case of violatios.There should be multiple violation levels in the protocol, each protocol violation will give automatic enablement for escalation to the next stage of defence to the law enforcement. Use of assault rifles should also be mandated at the highest level of violation. All these have to be approved in a bill, to give it constitutional authority.
