ON THE CASE OF Lady B - IYALODE OF X SHE IS A FEMALE MALE A lot of people started tagging me to it, and I got confused. When I was planning to visit Nigeria, Lady B asked that she wanted a laptop, so I added her to the list, and she later reached out to me to say, she will like to meet with me upon arrival in lagos, but she wants me to know that her real face isnt what shes using online, so, she said she can call me on video so I can see her face, I just told her not to worry that it was fine. I didnt have the time to meet with her while I was in Nigeria but Sandra Ibeh was the one in constant conversation. So, i have been speaking with Lady B, and I know her voice, I have lots of voicenotes from her, I decided to call her on a video call. At least the device that changes voice wont be in her throat. I did a video call, I told her I will record and post it so people who have heard her voice before can compare if the voice on the video call is different. In life, we should be very careful how we quickly throw others under the bus. For what I know, she has been of great help publicly posting about the laptop project, she is always posting and reposting. She stepped forward to make this facts known, why treat her like a criminal? It is unfair. I attached the video call recording for our perusal. God bless you all.

A few hours ago, I checked on Baby Tai and once again I was reminded that watoto have a special kind of love, pure, innocent, and real. Just like Baby James yesterday, she ran straight to me, not knowing the pain surrounding her. Little does she understand that her mother, Anita, is no more taken away in such a painful and cruel way. What hurts even more is that this tragedy happened right in front of her a child too young to comprehend such horror. Since yesterday, she keeps asking me only one thing: “Let’s go to the hospital, I want to see mum.” Those words cut deep, because in her heart, she still believes her mother is just unwell that she will see her again. My heart is bleeding. No child deserves this kind of pain. I pray that God protects Baby Tai, surrounds her with His love, and gives her a future filled with peace, strength, and hope the kind her mother dreamed of for her. We will stand with her. We will support her. She will not walk this journey alone. The devil is a liar. Stay strong, Baby Tai… we are here for you.

Bessent: Her dad didn't pat her on the head enough when she was younger so now the rest of us have to live with this. She stood up and interrupted everyone's dinner. I wasn't that sad because the food wasn't that good and it was also clear that the restaurant owner was in on it with her. It was a set up. So don't worry, we will be having Maga night there sometime in the next month. We hope everyone will show up for that.

She then proceeds to tell her father that she will ALWAYS be on his side. A lot of people(women) thought it was corny for him to record the interaction. I applaud him! This can be used as evidence. Especially when the mother says her daughter hates to be with her dad. Video evidence and text receipts will always be accepted as proof. A lot of men go through this everyday. This teacher is pregnant and doesn’t have a support system in place. When her students found out she wasn’t having a baby shower because she couldn’t afford it, they all got together to give her one. When you are alone and you are facing a huge task like this, it can be terrifying. It’s so important to be able to have someone you can lean on when you are facing so much uncertainty. Her students are also creating a wishlist for her so others in the community can chip and help her. Where so many people would judge her for being in. That position, others saw a person who could use some help and stepped in, isn’t this is what motherhood is about?

This is one of my very favourite videos of Liz. It captures her doing the thing that gave her the most joy. Liz was a shy person by nature, but behind a camera she was relaxed, dynamic and in control. I loved watching her take photos and could do it for hours. Liz’s dream was to become a professional photographer. This shoot arranged by Richard Heathcote and Gareth Cattermole was an experience she spoke about every day for the remainder of her life. She knew exactly what she wanted her shots to look like, and definitely gave far more banter than she was given. It isn’t an exaggeration to say that her relationship with both these photographers changed her world. They gave her the confidence to believe in herself and to follow her heart. They treated her as a true photographer - that meant everything to her. Liz was kind, funny, generous and stubborn. She had amazing ideas and loved being taught how to execute them. She should have had a lifetime to hone her craft. Instead on Wednesday of this week she went to sleep for the final time. Not content with leaving her photographs for the world to enjoy, Liz has left her body to medical science. She is determined that others in the future will be able to live out their dreams, that better treatments for Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumour will be found.
