He would say this bill has been public for weeks.. it is an insult that I would be asked questions about this bill. I said that is a talented guy. I’ve used that ever since and it’s worked really well in my career.

But you know what it DOES do? It lets Senators involved in the January 6th investigation SUE the government for $500,000 each. In case it wasn’t clear, I voted NO.
