Nehru’s secrecy vs PM Modi’s salute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose! While files related to Netaji were kept buried under decades of secrecy, denying the nation the truth, the Modi Government changed the course in 2015 by declassifying the records and placing history before the people of India. A...

On the birth anniversary of Shri Subhash Chandra Bose, we remember Bharat's revolutionary leader whose life was an unbroken vow to freedom, dignity, and self-respect. Revered across borders and equally loved among the patriotic masses of the Republic of Balochistan, Netaji stands as a symbol of courage that transcends geography and time. Subhash Chandra Bose embodied uncompromising resistance to colonial domination. When dialogue and petitions failed, he had the moral clarity and daring to choose a path few could imagine, uniting the Indian diaspora across continents and organizing the Azad Hind Fauj, convinced that an empire built on force would only yield to force. His leadership awakened a sense of collective destiny, transforming scattered hope into disciplined resolve. For millions, Netaji proved that freedom is not gifted; it is claimed through sacrifice, unity, and fearless action. What makes Netaji eternally fascinating is not only his defiance, but his brilliance. An often-forgotten fact: he resigned from the prestigious Indian Civil Service, a position many would consider the pinnacle of success under the Raj, because he refused to serve an unjust system. Later, as the head of the Provisional Government of Free India in 1943, he established symbols of sovereignty currency, stamps, and even a civil code asserting that freedom must be lived, not merely dreamed. He also championed gender equality in action by forming the Rani of Jhansi Regiment, one of the world’s first all-women combat units, decades ahead of its time. On this day, we remember Netaji not just as a leader of armed resistance, but as a visionary who believed in discipline, secular unity, and social justice. His call “Give me blood, and I will give you freedom” was not a thirst for violence, but a demand for total commitment to liberty. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose lives on wherever people refuse to kneel before oppression. His legacy continues to inspire all freedom-loving nations and peoples, reminding us that courage, when guided by purpose, can change the course of history. The sixty million people of the Republic of Balochistan are lucky that we have our national unified leader Hyrbyair Marri who is the Subhash Chandra of Balochistan who never compromised on Balochistan's boundaries, identity, language, and right to liberation. Jai Hind. Jai Balochistan

Today, as we observe the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, I pay my deepest tributes to Bengal’s proud son, a towering patriot whose life was devoted entirely to the freedom, dignity, and destiny of India. When fear was normalised and submission institutionalised, Netaji chose defiance. When compromise was convenient, he chose sacrifice. To Netaji, freedom was non-negotiable, dignity was non-negotiable, and India’s sovereignty was inviolable. Yet, in our times, we witness a disturbing and deliberate distortion of history. The legacy of our national icons is being erased, Bengal’s cultural inheritance is being demeaned, linguistic diversity is being mocked, constitutional values are being hollowed out, and democracy is being reduced to ritual rather than reality. The spirit of Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Constitution is under sustained assault, while institutions meant to protect the people are increasingly weaponised against them. Today, the arbitrary and inhuman SIR exercise has plunged countless families into anxiety, dispossession, and despair, resulting in the loss of innocent lives. Every resident of Bengal is my family, and every injustice inflicted upon them wounds my conscience. This is a struggle between humanity and authoritarianism, between constitutional democracy and coercive power. Netaji once summoned the nation with a call that shook the foundations of the empire, “DILLI CHALO.” It was a call to reclaim India’s soul from injustice, fear, and domination. Today, as democracy faces its gravest test, that call echoes again. On this solemn and historic day, I reaffirm my pledge that Bengal will not bow. Bengal will not be silenced. Bengal will not surrender its constitutional rights. We shall fight tooth and nail until justice prevails, until democracy is restored to its rightful place, and until every Indian can walk with dignity in their own land. Netaji’s ideals will forever illuminate our path, guide our struggle, and strengthen our resolve. Jai Hind. Joy Bangla.

Yesterday, on the Birth Anniversary of the great patriot & National Hero Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, when the entire nation remembered his clarion call - 'Dilli Chalo' with nostalgia and pride, Mamata Banerjee spewed venom while referring to the slogan, by saying that "Delhi is a city of conspiracies, always plotting against Bengal" !!! The audacity to tarnish our Nation's Capital on Netaji's birthday? Where does this arrogance come from? Mamata Banerjee, you are wilfully and deliberately speaking the language of Islamabad and Dhaka. No sane & patriotic Indian can defame Delhi. That too while referring to Netaji's immortal slogan that shook the British Raj ! Mamata Banerjee, blaming 'Delhi' to cover up your Government's failures is your old habit, but doing so in the same breath while recalling a Patriotic Slogan is a new low even by your own pathetic standards. West Bengal is drowning in corruption & unemployment, and a reign of Lawlessness has taken over the entire State. Is that Delhi's conspiracy? No. It's the result of your misrule. By labeling Delhi as a 'hub of conspiracy', you insulted Netaji, West Bengal, and entire India. The people of West Bengal will tear apart your web of deceit. Guided by Netaji's ideals, we will march forward and free West Bengal from this tyrannical misrule.
