A woman had to have emergency surgery because of an Ectopic pregnancy which threatened her life & the hospital didn’t have enough rooms so they put her in the ICU & when she was crying because of losing her baby the nurse told her stop that she was bothering other patients.🤬

Representatives from @planned Parenthood Texas testified about the state's ab*rtion ban, including the influx of crisis pregnancy centers, or fake clinics. One member shared the story of a woman who was given incorrect information about her ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery but wasn’t told. Doctors are caring for patients with metastatic cancer, bowel obstructions, dislocated joints, severe psychosis, and even the deadliest form of heart attack — all in ER chairs. This is what underfunding has done to our emergency rooms. Health care workers have been sounding the alarm for years. No one should fight for their life in an ER chair.
