I cannot imagine that the CIA would not have anticipated that Iran would also attack the Gulf States. You have to be completely ignorant of the Middle East not to have known this outcome.

I would have awakened the entire IDF, I would have alerted the communities, the local security teams, and I would have told the Air Force to strike if anyone even tried to cross the fence.
