Dear friends, today is our ninth anniversary, we would have liked to celebrate with you and talk about beautiful things, but as you may have heard from the media, currently in Syria there are fierce clashes between rebels and the regime in several cities, Aleppo, our old and loved hometown just yesterday was the object of clashes but several people have contacted us saying that there is a shelter that has 600 partially disabled animals that have been left without any help, civilians are forbidden to move. we armed ourselves with meat and dry food and we are leaving to try to reach these animals. Will we succeed? We don't know! We will tell you this evening. Another disturbing video of the Kebbi State Governor Dr. Nasir Idris publicly talking about how to fight and create chaos during the 2027 elections. This is deeply concerning. Nigerians deserve peaceful elections not threats, violence and chaos. If APC is planning to create confusion to manipulate the 2027 election, Nigerians will not allow it. The recent unprecedented weather event in the UAE and the operational disruptions it caused at #DXB have been a great challenge for us all, but it has been the most challenging for our guests who’ve had to spend much longer than they expected at our terminals. We, as Turkish Cypriots, strongly condemn the YPG’s attack targeting the Turkish flag on the Nusaybin–Qamishli line. For us, the Turkish flag is not just a symbol of the Republic of Türkiye, but a flag we equally value and hold dear as part of our own identity, history, and struggle for security and dignity. This attack was an assault on our shared values, sovereignty, and collective will. We stand united against terrorism in all its forms and in defence of the honour of our flag, our people, and our common future.

This is how I remember Charlie, and always will. He'd lost his voice and asked me to speak for him at some California events. It was so incredible to see the effect he had on people. His smile and the light in his eyes. He was with me on day 1, and I know he's with me now. He always said he had "a heart for California" and wanted so much to see us win and turn our beautiful state around. We will, Charlie. We will.
