NEURALINK: On day 2 of the World Governments Summit, NP1 Noland Arbaugh spoke during the plenary session "Are We Ready for Human 2.0?" He described receiving the N1 implanted in his frontal cortex with 64 threads, each containing 16 electrodes. He explained how his motor cortex continues to produce usable signals and Neuralink translates these signals into digital commands, enabling him to control computers with his thoughts and operate independently despite his paralysis. Apple is using a non implanted vers of Syncron. This is the implanted Stentrode, it is implanted via the blood vessels rather than through open brain surgery. This method involves threading the device through the jugular vein to the brain's motor cortex, where it is positioned to record neural signals. The Stentrode captures electrical signals from the brain's motor cortex. These signals are generated when Rodney thinks about performing a specific action, such as moving a cursor or typing on a keyboard.

Planning on having first blindsight participant to enable navigation. 2027: Triple number of electrodes again to 10,000. Enable for the first time multiple implants (motor cortex, speech cortex, visual cortex). 2028: Get to 25,000 channels per implant. Have multiple of these. So, you bridge the communications from the motor cortex past the point in the neck or spine where the nerves are damaged. It is possible from a physics standpoint to restore full body functionality.
