Here's what most people get wrong about burnout: They think it's about being overworked. So they reduce their workload, practice "self-care", try meditation, and take vacations... But, the burnout often comes right back. Let me explain:

This doesn't mean adding tons of new work. Even 30 minutes a day learning something radically different can help. The goal isn't mastery. It's giving your overused neural pathways a break while strengthening new ones.
