Rep. Chip Roy Says He Would Order The State of Texas to Build the Border Wall as Attorney General if The Federal Government Is Prevented from Finishing It: Q: “Is there any wall to be completed? Would you build the wall, Chip?” Rep. Chip Roy: “You know what we were starting to build the wall, but Texas should work with the federal government get the wall built. If they won’t do it, we should. but importantly Texas has to draw a line in the sand and say we’re not gonna allow the federal government to use asylum and parole and it blatantly disregard the law abuse the law to flood our state with dangerous individuals. We will stop the flow at the border. We need to make that clear, no matter who the president is, that will never happen again to Texas”

Just In: Mayor Brandon Johnson accuses Texas Governor Greg Abbott of “attacking our country” as he continues to bus illegal immigrants to Chicago. “The governor of Texas needs to take a look in the mirror of the chaos that he is causing for this country.” Meanwhile, the Mayor makes no mention of the reckless border policies of the Biden administration that lead to a record 12,600 illegal border crossings in Texas just yesterday. Why should Texas have to bear the brunt of illegal immigration in this country while sanctuary cities like Chicago refuse to enforce immigration laws?

🔥NEW: Tom Homan wrecks Mayorkas for saying he needed more time to secure the border: “He inherited the most secure border in my lifetime. He just had to sit there and do nothing." "He's systematically destroyed that border. They knew exactly what they were doing when they destroyed that border." “The Secretary of Homeland Security has told ICE you can't arrest an illegal alien. Well, we're telling ICE you're going to enforce immigration law without apology."

If Speaker Johnson continues to believe – as President Biden and Republicans and Democrats in Congress do – that we have an imperative to act immediately on the border, he should give this administration the authority and funding we’re requesting to secure the border.

JUST IN: Texas Governor Greg Abbott says Texas is continuing to build the wall. Gotta love Texas 🔥 “Texas made history as the first and ONLY state to build our own border wall. Construction is ongoing.” The situation between the federal government and Texas has turned into a “standoff” as noted by USA Today. Texas is refusing to back down and is gaining support from the general public. On Friday, Dr. Phil visited the border and blasted Kamala Harris for refusing to give the border attention. “What about our Vice President Kamala Harris? Did you know she’s our country’s immigration czar? Guess how many times she's been to the border? Once.”

Republican Former Texas Judge: I can't support Ted Cruz. He decided to go to Cancun when the rest of us were freezing. He sided with Trump in trying to stop the certification of the election. Colin Allred has worked to get benefits for the military and veterans on the burn pits. He has also reached across the aisle on immigration and securing the border, but that was derailed by Trump
