This has become the “normal” scene inside Indian Railways’ 3rd AC coaches. Earlier, people used to think twice before entering AC coaches without authorization. Today, that fear is gone. Anyone boards AC coaches at any station, without tickets or hesitation. Why? Because Indian Railways has completely failed to enforce its own rules. There is little to no checking, no accountability, and no serious attempt to stop this misuse.
