Everyone was peaceful except a few, that were set up.

This proves there was no insurrection or coup attempt. That many people would have absolutely taken over the capitol had that been their intent.

Can you imagine what would have happened if all those people really had been intent on taking over OUR Capitol or causing an insurrection? It seems like further evidence that charges and hype were trumped up (no pun intended!) Shakespeare's “Much Ado About Nothing” comes to mind.
