Stop turning off ballcam. Keeping ballcam on is crucial for reading the play and guiding your decisions. Don’t be like this player. So many players still don’t use boost efficiently, even though boost management is the most important skill in the game. A good guideline is to save boost for when you’re making a play on the ball and use your movement to get to the ball. Here is a player who uses all of his boost to chase the ball, and when he ends up low on boost, he keeps chasing anyway. This leads to him bumping his teammate and giving up an easy goal.

Goal or No Goal The rule👇 👉 That is NOT a goal. It’s an offence for preventing the goalkeeper from releasing the ball, and play should be stopped. The restart would be a free kick to the goalkeeper’s team. When would it be a goal? •If the goalkeeper completely released the ball, •the ball was clearly free in the air, •and the striker then kicked it and scored, 👉 That IS a valid goal. Key takeaway (simple version): •Ball still under keeper’s control → no goal •Ball fully released and free → goal

Something you should always be aware of is your opponents positioning and how much space and time they are giving you and THEN decide what play you will be going for. Here’s my opponent who didn’t even look at my car before hitting the ball and got scored on from a very readable prejump.

Anthony Volpe can do amazing things like this. The frustrating thing about him, though, is that he will then botch a routine play by throwing a ball away or meekly ground out when he’s ahead in the count. This could help setup Supers and Ultimates! Here's my footage of it! The first opponent, I sent them Up, then Up again! The second opponent, I sent them Right, then Down!
