Has to do more with weight distribution than location of center of gravity. Center of gravity in automotive vehicles shift base on wheel base length, tare load allocation and height of vehicle from the ground.

I don’t think the centre of gravity is the right thing to describe this problem ..as gravity us an inward force towards the centre of earh… perhaps rotational force is = mass x distance to pivot point
