Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian National Guard eliminated in Stavropol region by (HUR) On September 27, 2025, an operation by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, conducted with support from the local resistance, targeted Russian National Guard personnel in the Stavropol region. A vehicle carrying a National Guard lieutenant colonel — commander of the “Avangard” special unit — along with his aide and driver, was destroyed by an improvised explosive device (IED) planted in advance.
