Operation-Dudula is permanently guarding Chris Baragwanath Hospital and Other Public Health care Facilities No Illegal immigrant Foreigners are allowed. Foreigners who are "legal" are directed to Private Health facilities The chairs are empty, nurses are relieved, and medication is saved. It is clear that South African Public Hospitals are serving illegal immigrants and other undesirables. Dr Aaron Motsoaledi mentioned that 75% of Patients at Musina, Elim, Alldays are Zimbabweans.
