Still peak of the series for me - I don’t know if that Arc in general will ever be topped for me - yes having read the manga there are BIGGER moments - bigger fights - higher stakes - more sacrifices - etc….. but I just love the through line from Mugen Train to the End of this - going from helplessly watching their friend and mentor battle to the death for them then to being key pieces to win the day - the arc in itself is so tight & such a turning point for all the characters - I would argue the entire series to this point lead to this season ending but at least Mugen train forward….
