Donna Goudeau is still behind bars, y'all! She is serving an 18-year sentence at a Texas' Department of Criminal Justice facility. Her most recent parole request was denied and her projected release date is currently set for 2029.

Over the years, there have been many reports claiming she was dead, but those have been proven to be false. She had been eligible for parole since July 2020, but her parole has been denied every time. Her most recent parole denial was on November 14th, 2025, for two reasons: her criminal history and the violent nature of the offense. She remains incarcerated at the Lane Murray Unit in Gatesville, Texas, and will be up for parole again in November 2026. If she serves her complete sentence, she will be released on July 19th, 2029, when she is 42.
