Let me get this straight. So I'm white with no higher education, my daughter who is also white has to feel guilty because I am a provider and I make sure she has everything that I didn't to move forward in life? That's some BS. We, the unprivileged have to make sure the offspring has the best in life so they don't struggle like we did. Stop the guilt trip.

this is not a lesson about "privilege" so much as it is a lesson about getting married, staying together and being responsible parents.

You should only take two things out of this. 1. You still have to run the race despite your starting point. 2. The people who are given a better starting point shouldn’t be penalized to let everyone catch up.

This is stupid as fuck and doesn’t prove anything.

Couldn’t I ask different questions and get different people to move? 2 steps forward if you get extra points on a college entrance application? 2 steps forward if your mom never had to work and got free money and food from our government? 2 steps forward if you can freely use racist language and commit criminally racist acts with impunity? I know plenty of non blacks that couldn’t take any steps and they still won a few 100$ bill races. My point is there are already tools implemented to erase this “privilege” and it’s made things worse.

Why did he say it was only black dudes in the back?

This is a commentary on how shit some parents are. It's not privilege. It's coming from a lineage of better choices.

So whites have stable, respectable, moral upbringing, and blacks don’t, so that makes whites have privilege?…. No. It comes down to common sense and moral choices. It just happens to be that whites are beyond capable of utilizing those skills, while blacks throw those options into the garbage and continue down their path of foolishness and destruction.

Ah okay. It's white people's fault if black people divorce. Got it.

Privilege is invincible to those who have it
