I hate all of those arbitrary rules, it's so stupid. Why does the government care if you have a handgun with a stock? Are they concerned you will aim too good and hit what you are aiming at? Maybe they are worried it makes the handgun way less concealable. It's just insane, and it makes me want common sense 19th amendment restrictions against assault Karens.

This is hilarious, but it does make one important mistake. The "Shoulder thing that goes up" is not a stock, it is literally a barrel shroud. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY), sponsoring a bill to ban barrel shrouds, said she thought that they were "the shoulder thing that goes up."

The absurdity will continue to multiply at an exponential rate, until NFA abolishment.

Why haven’t @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @JDVance shuttered the ATF and instructed the DOJ to stop enforcing the unconstitutional NFA, GCA and other infringing laws against American citizens? Make the Second Amendment Great Again, and the Tenth Amendment, too, while you’re at it.

Fun/ironic fact: the NRA is the reason why California doesn’t have open carry laws. They didn’t want black panthers patrolling their local neighborhoods with firearms. The NRA was also founded the same year the klan was labeled as a terror group.

the AOW one with 14.5” barrel is wrong tho, that OAL would be longer than 26” which is too long to be an AOW, it would be legal with no stamp and considered a firearm
