This Du'a is reported in the Sunnah & was said by the Prophet ﷺ, particularly after the tashahhud in Salah: اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ عَذَابِكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ It is narrated in collections such as Abu Dawud & at-Tirmidhi, have accepted it as a sound supplication .
