Mine was desynced until I did the verify file integrity on my Main EFT game and then it synced

Just Uninstall Arena 😅 No one there is talking in the mic anyways in order to communicate, and when they do , oh boy be ready to learn some fast paced-eminem-like Russian words. No hate , good game if you actually have a 5 man ready to play together via Discord.

just dont quit arena right away wait a few mins

Uninstall both arena and tarkov, install one play it, then install and play the other. Thats what fixed it for me

It only worked for me when I played a ranked game of Arena
