Yeah how many countries have waged a proxy war with another country and have used embassies abroad as a military HQ, to meet with representatives of said proxy? The Westerners even are not that coward, when it comes to Ukraine, most of the times (not all, there was the strike on the famous pizzeria, but most), if they have to meet with Azov's people, they show up in military posts.
