that is generations of business and savings and intrest - they rotate money in their own community only -invest and multiply -community bro code - asal badta jata hai -byaj par jeete hai

Even in KANPUR elaichi wholesellers have good sum of money and grand cars.

Not to be judgemental but from what I’ve observed in Delhi is people usually do drive expensive cars or live in high societies, at least 90% of them have scammed/defrauded some entity or business men in the past. And not to forget most of the cars are monthly rented.

welcome to delhi my batchmates dozens of years ago was from chandni chowk thok ke kapda vyapari joint family with homes that u see in delhi 6 -- joint large terrace where u cud peep in down - joint family typical ones monthly cash revenue 2cr+ at that time

Take a walk down Chandni Chowk and you'll witness the biggest of wholesalers ride an activa to come to their shop or office. But they flex their real wealth at such parties.

They must belong to the same family which has been trading choti elaichi since the 1400s and before.

It’s never been the product itself but the volume of sales. Mass-market products can make you huge sums of money, if you can effectively reach a large audience.

To buy these cars you don't need to be a billionaire. Net worth of billionaires is min ₹10000 crores.

Yes, that's right, a lot of Delhi's money circulates in those small shops.

Maybe that is a 'Code Word'. Has he verified the info he got? BTW they may be importers of South American cardamom which is cheap and looks better than Indian one. But Indian one tastes good.

and biggest advantage is not paying taxes . direct 35% saving unlike poor employees of private companies with TDS!

delhi se to pura Bharat main jata hain bhai

Khari Baoli, Chandni Chowk Asia's largest wholesale spice market

Imagine having so much money that you can influence the picture of how Chandni Chowk looks but you decide to keep it like it is so you can keep making money.

@gandu123_ this was one of my biggest learning during our food blogging days. especially the punjabi bagh bar opening one.

Chaina Ram Halwai aur Giani ke paas kitna hoga ..... 🤔

@Pratham_261 humble man

Tabhi elaichi itni mehngi bekte hai.

Bhagirath Place - Chandni chowk.. humare ek school mate ki dukaan hain.. ab toh uss dukan ko 50 saal se bhi jyada ho gaye.. CRORE PATI HAI BC.. Beinteha paisa hai bhai k pass

unless it's a cookbook, then judge away

the biggest flex isn't becoming a billionaire...its making people think anyone could ve done it...

Tax evasion

Even some samosa kachori sellers in jaipur have same status.
