All those wait staff complaining about tips are supposed to be the last line of quality control before the food hits the table. If you have to send the food back for an obvious mistake in the order, that falls on the wait staff. Sending food back means zero tip for me.

I’ve seen worse. I worked as a bus boy and saw cooks really do some crap to peoples food who were jerks or ever sent it back. Keep your waitress happy, cooks will help with revenge… it’s kinda like a sick family.
