Yesterday I order waffle from Belgium waffle & first my order got late & after Waiting for half n hour I got my order but after eating waffle I have continuous vommit , loose motion , weakness & stomach pain how is this possible @zomatocare @zomato

Such a bad customer service, the agent cut the call without listening to me saying that as we are not aligned with what she us saying she cut the call and asked me to raise a new ticket for the same issue. The food arrived late and it got cold and sticky

why have you removed ratings from the Zomato app? All the restaurants that have poor ratings are marked as 4 or more in the app. This is a fraud and cheating from zomato just to make money from these restaurants. Your ratings and prices are always misleading.

Order #8159303708 arrived completely spilled. Drinks leaked all over the bag and packaging due to careless handling. No proper customer care number and chat support won’t connect to real executives. Repeated bad service and still they avoid proper refunds. Pathetic experience.
