After AIIMS Darbhanga, have a look at a BEd college in Madhya Pradesh. A ground where college is being run for the last 10 years or more have no campus, no students, but still hundreds of students pass every year. There are just 2 buildings and even locals are saying that there is no college. Imagine the scam level of BJP. This is why BJP should not be given chance to form govt continuously.
