"Every 10 years, we have a census in our country, in which every single person living in India is recorded and their details are taken down. In that, for the last 70 years, we have always asked the religion of the head of the household. We have always asked language. We have always asked caste category, SC, ST or others. The only and in the case of SC and ST, we also in the census record the exact caste that they belong to. The only thing we do not do so far is to record the caste for those who are not SC or ST. So, when we say caste census is going to take place, it means that what has always been done in the case of SC or ST will now also be done in the case of OBC and in the case of those who are neither SC, ST or OBC. So for every single household, someone would come and say, what is your language? What is your religion? What is your caste? That is what caste census means. Why is it needed? After AIIMS Darbhanga, have a look at a BEd college in Madhya Pradesh. A ground where college is being run for the last 10 years or more have no campus, no students, but still hundreds of students pass every year. There are just 2 buildings and even locals are saying that there is no college. Imagine the scam level of BJP. This is why BJP should not be given chance to form govt continuously.
