In my youth, I was Air Training Corps; I trained to be part of the Royal Air Force; but because I was Partially Sighted & Asthmatic, I was turned down on medical grounds. But I was grateful that the Air Training Corps allowed me to be a part of their squadron.

First of many! Had an amazing time at my first ASHNR meeting! I was honored to be invited to talk about my teaching on social media. I always say, if you want to teach someone, you have to meet them where they are. And people are on social media—so here I am too! If you are only willing to teach in certain settings, where the time is right and there are no distractions, then you will miss the opportunity to teach many people. There isn’t one right time or place to teach bc it’s always the right time & place. So here I am! Thanks so much to ASHNR and Christine M Glastonbury, MD for the opportunity to talk about what I love!
