Alicia Keys was the original voice behind Huey Freeman in “The Boondocks” pilot episode. Regina King ultimately replaced Keys voicing both Huey and Riley Freeman.

Them doing it in the original style of the comic strip looks really good! I wished they would’ve kept this and added Caesar to the series, as well.
