The “dream” is to achieve the top of professional football, but that’s not an easy task. The journey is arduous, and only a few reach the pinnacle. This path can be mentally demanding, making it crucial for these young talents to receive the right support. The Right to Dream Academy leads by example in integrating mental health support into their programs. Right To Dream’s approach includes education and life skills to help young athletes navigate anxiety, stress, and the pressures of social media. This nurturing environment ensures players are prepared for challenges both on and off the field. “The dream” is that academies like Right To Dream are not the exception, but rather the rule, in the world of football. 🌍 In the end of this first chapter of my work with @CommonGoalOrg: “Football Academies”, I want to thank my dearest friend, Juan Mata García, for his participation in this project.
