Every image credit is an AI prompt they typed and to generate the image “Photo credit is an AI prompt — article is about beauty procedures. So why are we using fake women to talk about real women's bodies?” Believe it or not, this is legal There is no federal law prohibiting the use of AI-generated images in advertising or editorial content, as long as the overall ad isn’t materially deceptive But to me this is deceptive, the entire woman they’re advertising the procedure for is fake, it’s artificial intelligence generated. So how can you show real results if they’re generated down a prompt… This needs regulation
