First of all… crossing into America illegally is BY DEFINITION a crime. Secondly, if you actually gave a crap about America and our laws, you would have never crossed the border illegally, you would have applied to enter legally. You didn’t. So you’re going back.

So he wants amnesty for people that have been here for years, who during all that time never took steps to become citizens? I say if a person has been here for over a certain amount of time, and in all that time they never took steps to be a citizen, it is on them. They are the very reason for their own deportations. I can't expect to just to go another country, work off the books, benefit from the society I'm in, and then demand amnesty and de-facto citizenship. That sounds insane to me.

Trump better reconsider his endorsement if Republicans have a chance to win MN governor race but the flaw with Trump is he values loyalty over nuance.

Is Mike so ignorant of what got Trump elected? How can he think the republican base will nominate him if he supports amnesty for illegal immigrants?

So what Mike is saying, since he does not have the authority to grant amnesty as the governor of a state, that he is going to keep in place sanctuary policies statewide. That he will not support the federal government’s efforts to remove illegal migrants from the state which is in essence not maintaining law and order. Sounds like a case of suicidal empathy to me. He will not help the citizen residents of Wisconsin.

Again the delusion of “good” illegals versus a few “bad” illegals. They ALL add to the social burden taking seats at schools and universities that increase costs, require more buildings. They take millions of jobs. They fill emergency rooms and hospital beds often for free. Many get free EBT, free or subsidized housing. All illegals are a social and financial burden to legal citizens. The only second chance they deserve is to return to their home country and apply to enter legally under the quotas.

I just wish you and many other people felt the same way about @Michele_Tafoya when she said she wants to reward a large group of illegals with some form of citizenship and let them stay in the US. She said this on Will Cain's radio show on April 9th 2026:
