He has so much fluid that has to come off, but at the same time they have to balance his blood counts and platelets so it can be done safely. Now pneumonia has also set up in his lungs, and that’s another battle we have to fight. We’re not giving up. Months ago, Will looked at us and said, “God is going to take me to the edge and make believers out of us.” Yesterday he looked at Jason and said, “Don’t give up on me, Dad.” Those words matter. Today Will became more agitated and wasn’t resting well. One option was to continue increasing his sedation. We understand why. Nobody wants him uncomfortable. But as his parents, we also know that when you’re sleeping more, not moving, and already dealing with fluid and weak lungs, pneumonia doesn’t just sit there. It gets worse. Tonight, after he developed severe wheezing, we asked for an ICU doctor to come assess him. He sat down with us, listened to everything, and explained that they could be more aggressive with removing fluid, treating the pneumonia, and still keep Will comfortable and safe. I did something kind of insane. I just spent millions of dollars on dirt. 231 acres, 45 minutes from my house in DFW. In this post: why I bought it, how I plan to make money on it, and exactly what I paid. Here's the story. A couple years ago my buddy Jeff bought a ranch. And ever since, I've been watching his boys drive out there. Move a bulldozer around. Drive a skid steer. Bring in the cows. Build a burn pile after the storm. I admired that. I feel so strongly that having your kids learn to work hard is one of the best things you can do as a parent. And it's also one of the hardest. I think they're correlated. The harder things you do as a parent are also the most important things you do as a parent. I have four kids. I want them to have opportunities I never had, and I don't want them to be soft. A ranch is the greatest hard work simulator ever invented. Fixing fence in the July heat. Feeding cows when it's 37 degrees. Hauling hay. That will change a kid. It'll build something in a kid that no app ever will. They say business isn't personal. It is personal. This was an emotional decision first. But I'm a capitalist and an entrepreneur, so here's the financial side: DFW is adding 150 to 200,000 people a year, growing north and east. This ranch is 57 miles from downtown Dallas, in the path of growth. Worst case, my family gets a ranch that we love. Best case, the Metroplex crawls to my fence line. We started out looking at 50 to 100 acre parcels. Then I realized something: one day I'll feel stupid for not buying more land at only $10K an acre this close to Dallas. So we went bigger. The ranch wasn't distressed. I still negotiated almost $400K off the list price. Here's how: I uploaded the seller's appraisal to Claude. It caught that their comps were 60 acre parcels and mine is 231, and bigger parcels are worth much less per acre. It picked also apart the whole appraisal, caught a bunch of other stuff, and wrote my negotiation replies. My $20 a month subscription saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Another hack: My wife got her real estate license, represented us herself, and gave back 2% of her commission at closing. $50K off. Then I shook the seller's hand and promised this never becomes a neighborhood or a data center. That handshake is one reason he picked me over the developers. Relationships matter. So how am I gonna make money on this? A few of the plays: - The previous owner keeps ranching it on a grazing lease with me. He keeps spraying, mowing, and maintaining the fences. I collect a check. - There's a 2,400 sq ft shop on the property, already rented out. Another check. - Grass-fed beef under the 888 brand. A quarter cow sells for about $1,500 at roughly 40% net margin. And you don't need to own land to do this. ButcherBox doesn't own a single ranch. - A YouTube channel documenting everything. If it gets to a fraction of my main channel's size, it covers the entire ranch payment. Zero ongoing expenses. - Farm stays and campsites. Right next door is a tiny home community doing $17,000 a month on 20 acres. I have 231. - Maybe an Airbnb over the river with a plexiglass floor. Septic near a river is tricky, but everything's figureoutable. - I’ll use my own dozer instead of hiring one. Companies charge $200 to $500 an hour. Used dozers go for $10 to $30K and I’ll hire young guys to operate them and expand the pond for much cheaper. - Ag exemption. Property taxes on a ranch this size would be $45 to $50K a year. Mine are about $1,500. I don't plan to flip this. I'm building a barndominium out there, then eventually a house. I plan to own it for the rest of my life, and hopefully my kids and grandkids after that. What did I pay? $2.35 million. My wife and I got married on 08/08/08. So this is 888 Ranch. It's called a triangle. Now, this is an elite stock. If you want to find the stock that has the potential to make a 50% move or a 100% move, you will get it on a stock that has tripled in a few days in the previous few weeks or months. You're not going to get it on a stock that just keeps grinding slowly higher. It's a numbers game, it's an odds game. Now this is a good setup. This is f*cking beautiful, it reminds me about LEDS a month back. LEDS, beautiful. Big previous move, 265% in 3 days, orderly pullback, found support on the 10 day, okay? Look at this, this is a triangle, tightening range, range expansion. And look at the move it did. It went up 263% in the next two weeks. How do you find a move like this? You're not gonna find a breakout of 263% on a stock like... I mean, look at some of the suggestions I've gotten lately. Like, NOTV. The previous move was 20%, not even 20%. SGMS, another, it's a grinder. Okay, 35% these things are very like sluggish, okay? It went up 35% in what, a month? It's not an explosive stock. Focus on the superstars. BYND, this is the one I'm tracking, okay? I'm really excited about this one. I think another one or two days of tightening range, I'm gonna go full retard on it. Look at this, it went up. This is a mid cap. It went up 46% in a week, okay? That's an explosive move. Especially for being a mid cap. Does it matter than the weekly? No, forget about weekly charts. You guys don't need to pay attention to the weekly charts. Don't worry about the weekly charts until you get to 10 plus million. Then you can start worrying about it. No, focus on the daily charts. Focus on one month, three month and six month momentum. That's where you're gonna focus on the strongest stocks across those three timeframes. The 1%, the elite.”

⚡️Some notes on Russian plane shoot down: 1. New video seen below from near the area of missile launch proves that Russian defenses shot down the plane from nearby. This immediately disproves that Ukrainian missiles had anything to do with the shoot down. 2. There is zero proof an A-50 was shot down and in fact the currently best known information from the serial number on the tail indicates this was an Il-76TD, but it is not yet known for certain with any confirmation. 3. That we now know for 100% fact that Russian systems shot it down would seem to be even greater proof that it was not an A-50 because Russian S-400s in the area would absolutely have a IFF link with an A-50, but possibly not with the civilian variant Il-76TD. This weighs the likelihood heavier into Il-76 territory. 4. But there's some wrinkles to this. Sure, the missiles wouldn't initially lock onto an A-50, but there's some very remote possibility they were shooting another object and at the terminal phase, where IFF already gets iffy if not outright negated, the missile(s) may have redirected onto a potential A-50. This is a remote possibility, but the likelihood for now still weighs far heavier towards the Il-76TD explanation. 5. What other object would Russian S-400s possibly be engaging near Krasnodar where no Ukrainian missile can reach? That's simple: potentially a drone of some kind. One person had the idea that Ukrainian saboteurs in the region can even fly drones locally in the flight path of Russian military planes coming in for landing at the airport. It's possible something like this was engaged. 6. But there's an even bigger wrinkle: the plane that was shot down was firing flares. Not all Il-76s or even A-50s necessarily carry flares, they have to have a special attachment to do so. Secondly, only a plane that knows a missile is locked onto it would even fire flares. That means the plane needs to have RWR (Radar Warning Receiver), which both A-50 and Il-76 are supposed to have, though I'm not sure about the Il-76TD variant. 7. There is possibility some long range Ukrainian missile was involved indirectly, but not an AD system. I.e. something like a Storm Shadow or ATACMS could hypothetically have been fired at Krasnodar, and Russian S-400s attempted to intercept it and missed. But this is unlikely as the range from Ukrainian territory is much higher than any of their known cruise missiles. Conclusion: Now that we are almost certain from the new video that Russian S-400s performed the shoot down, particularly at close range where IFF interrogation can still easily happen (as opposed to beyond radar horizon where terminal guidance can take over and make things iffy), the A-50 is very unlikely as A-50 certainly has IFF interrogation link with S-400s. The Il-76TD IFF with S-400 is more questionable as it is technically a civilian variant, though it is in use by government agencies like emergency services. Therefore the version that it was a Il-76TD is as of now more realistic, particularly because there is zero proof of it being an A-50 other than the echochamber formed from 1 person's unsourced guess on Telegram. Lastly: since the below video proves that all Ukrainian claims of their involvement in the shootdown today were lies, it logically follows that anything they have to say about the plane being A-50 are also propaganda/lies, which makes it even likelier that it was in fact an Il-76.

Marc Andreessen explains IBM founder Thomas Watson‘s famous “Wild Ducks” program Marc believes that the organizational complexity is one reason you don’t see innovation at large companies. You’re not going to have a hundred of them in a company… You’re going to have 3, 8, or 10, maybe.” Marc learned this early in his career at IBM, which was one of the most powerful companies in the world and had over 440,000 employees at the time. “They had a system that worked really well for 50 years. Most of the employees in the company were expected to basically follow rules… But they had this category of people they called ‘Wild Ducks.’ This was an idea that the founder Thomas Watson came up with. They often had the formal title of an IBM Fellow and they were the people who could make new things.” He continues: “There were eight of them and they got to break all the rules and invent new products. The first new US oil refinery in 50 YEARS is being built in Texas - backed by India’s Reliance Industries. Everyone's celebrating it as "energy dominance." A Dallas startup that's been trying to build this exact refinery since 2015. Nearly a decade of permits, environmental filings, and pre-construction on 240 acres at the Port of Brownsville. They rebranded to "America First Refining" right before this announcement. The timing is almost too perfect. Now let's talk about Reliance: Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries isn't just India's biggest energy company. It's India's biggest EVERYTHING company. Telecom, retail, media, petrochemicals, AI. Market cap over $230 billion. Ambani is Asia's richest person. The man isn't building refineries because he's passionate about Texas gasoline. He's building political capital. We’re taking a field trip into the saga of one of the many bargain-bin ratchets my ex cheated on me with. Let’s begin. Back in May, YOU Chelsea slid into my Facebook messages out of nowhere (Screen Recording 1), foaming at the mouth because you thought I sent you a friend request. I have over 2,000 pending requests. If I accidentally tapped yours while scrolling, congratulations on the high point of your decade. Your hostile meltdown over a friend request was… honestly, a medical red flag. So I blocked you. Naturally, you slithered over to Twitter next (Screen Recording 2) because you were blocked on Facebook. At this point I’m thinking, “Why is this woman obsessed with me over a friend request?” I’d asked my friends if they knew you, they had no clue. I asked Aidan if he knew who you were. Aidan told me you were just a fan, a nobody. I asked why you’d send me these weird messages, “He has a lot of crazy fans and gets tons of crazy messages,” he said. And wow, did you prove that correct. I blocked you there too. End of story… until it wasn’t. Fast forward to June 18. I discovered you were sexting Aidan in April during a break we had. Gross, but whatever. We stayed together a bit longer before officially breaking up in July. A week later, an account magically appears: Mere’s Diary. Posting vomit about me and the breakup, a breakup nobody knew about yet. And who was this brand-new hate account tagging? Your tiny burner account. The one with no followers. That nobody else could possibly know existed. What an incredible coincidence. Almost miraculous. And like divine intervention, the account vanished the second it was brought to Aidan’s attention. Shocking. Fast-forward to today, I finish work, and here you are– proudly teaming up with the Ratchet Voldemort Squad, posting random screenshots, private conversations, and whatever scraps Aidan tossed you to weaponize against me. Cute hobby. And the icing? I checked my spam folder and found more messages from you on 11/6/25 at 4:04 AM (Screen Recording 3), threatening to “be your worst fucking nightmare.” You know what’s really scary? Your sleep schedule. Yet somehow I’m the one being accused of stalking YOU? Girl. You can’t even lie convincingly. Let’s talk about these “unknown calls”: Let’s see actual proof you received them, because you should absolutely be contacting police if someone is allegedly calling you thousands of times. Way more effective than sending deranged 4am threats that sat in my spam folder til today. Show proof I had anything to do with them. Spoiler: you can’t. Because I didn’t. And because you’re lying. Skills are the quickest way to 10x the quality and consistency of what you get from Claude Code. And you don't need to be a developer to use them. Anthropic just published how they use hundreds of skills internally every day. Most skill tutorials are made for developers — if you're in marketing, sales, content ops, or GTM, you probably watched those and moved on. But skills are just as important for non-developers. A skill is just a reusable prompt with clear instructions for a specific task. Instead of prompting Claude the same way over and over, you build it once and invoke it every time. I have a skill for writing on LinkedIn. A different one for YouTube outlines. Another for X. Each platform has different rules, different voice, different structure — so each one gets its own skill. If you're doing something repeatedly, it's time to make a skill. The biggest mistake most people make: building skills as a single .md file. A single file dumps everything into context whether Claude needs it or not. Wastes tokens. Gets worse results. Skills should be folders. Here's the structure that works: skill.md — the orchestrator. Tells Claude which files to read and when. It doesn't contain rules itself — it's the playbook. instructions/ — separate files for voice, structure, scope. Claude only loads the one it needs for the current step. examples/ — good AND bad. Good examples show what success looks like. Bad examples show patterns to avoid — AI writing tells, weak hooks, generic CTAs. Most people skip bad examples. Don't. eval/ — a checklist that scores every output before you see it. "Does it have a clear hook?" "Is it free of AI buzzwords?" Pass or fail on each item. templates/ — output formatting so you get consistent structure every time. The three types of skills that matter most for non-developers: 1. Business automation. Writing a newsletter. Checking reports and drafting follow-ups. Running programmatic ad campaigns. Any workflow you repeat — build a skill for it. 2. Content templates. Landing page copy, meta ads, email sequences, SEO briefs. Each one has specific requirements. Each one gets its own skill. 3. Thinking partners. This is the one people miss. Skills don't have to produce output. They can help you think — an advisory board that reviews your work from your ICP's perspective, a coach that pressure-tests your strategy, an ideation partner that researches competitors before suggesting your next move. If you already have skills as .md files, here's the exact prompt to restructure them in the Anthropic approved format: "I want to restructure my Claude Code skill file.
