BREAKING 🚨 ‼️ My advice to everybody is to get ready for the WEB3 system. The WEB3 financial system is getting ready to switch. All private central bankers have been notified and put on notice that we have to prepare our people for tokenization processes throughout anything tied to the USD system. So the Federal Reserve and private central bankers are going to be moving over onto the Ripple network — that’s a given. For those of you following Q and the Q program, the Anon series, you have been right on track the entire time, but we know how that’s going to work. For those of you not in it and operating on the public side, I’ll tell you something very clearly right now: if you are not moving into the trust processes and you can’t manage to make that process work for yourself, what I want you to do is at least go get yourself some XRP and hold it there — you can thank me later when everything switches over. If we’re being notified to notify our own clients, that means this is signed, sealed, and delivered. Everything is coming down the pipeline and we’re getting ready to flip the switch. Again, you don’t want to be on the outside looking in, because when they flip that switch, if you’re not in the institutional program, you are not going to be able to access that side of the ledgers. So again, they’re going to make it almost impossible for anybody to access those coins. I’m just giving you a quick hint. If you have not yet moved into the WEB3 system, and you cannot manage the process on your own, I can provide direct guidance. Join my private Telegram channel for step-by-step support 👉 Act now. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

We did something crazy. We told everyone that, for my 79th birthday, they could get my fitness app for free if they finished four programs in a year: And guess what? People responded. More than ever before. And even more important, thousands and thousands of people are now training and getting in shape. The sale ends tomorrow, though. And you can only get it through that link. Now, a smart consultant would say there is a chance that none of those people pay for the app and we end up completely stuck with the cost of running it. Good. Because that would mean that I got tens of thousands of people training for a full year. That’s a bigger win than anything on a spreadsheet. That’s why we are a consultant and investor-free business. If you want to join them with my birthday offer, you don’t have much more time: But one thing is staying: You’ll always be able to earn money back for doing the work. After tomorrow, people will pay $150 to start, then earn $50 back for their first program, and $50 back for their fourth program. $100 back, every year, forever. And I’m planning to add another $50 back if you get someone else to join and complete their first program, so yes: using my app for free will always be possible. People have always called me crazy, and it’s worked out pretty well for me. So why stop now? I believe that a good fitness business should be about what works, not about spreadsheets. Program start rates and program completion rates more than doubled in our January test of paying people back to finish a program. Those members are some of the most active in our community, encouraging all the new people who joined this week. The rewards in fitness have always been in the wrong place: for starting, instead of for being consistent. That’s what a January discount is, and it’s why most of the January crowd quits by February. We’ve found the structure that rewards consistent action. The Pump Club will be sticking with it. And if you want to make our CFO mad, you’ve got a little more than 24 hours to get back ALL of your money in your first year - before the birthday sale ends tomorrow:

🍑: I often see fans saying, “Whoever P’Faye loves, we’ll love too.” When I actually got to meet her, I realized that everything she says, every word she shares, is genuine. You can truly feel that sincerity. After getting to know P’Faye better and understanding her more, I think everyone would feel the same way I do, you end up liking P’Faye because she’s genuinely so cool. 🌻: Wait, are you saying you like me? 🌻: This is the first time, you know. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard you say something like that. I’ve never heard it before. (The whole room bursts into laughter.) 🍑: I mean, I wanted to work with you. 🌻: The way you said it made everyone misunderstand. 🎤 Staff: So what was your first impression of P’Faye? 🍑: She’s really cool. I really wanted to work with her. Now I’ve forgotten what I was going to say. But when I had the chance to meet her, spend time with her up close, and get to know her personality better… (At that moment, the good news came in that sales had reached 2.3 million baht.) 🍑: That’s when I understood why fans love P’Faye so much. Once you truly get to know who she is, you’ll understand all the effort she puts in for her fans. And then you’ll understand why everyone loves her so much. Everything she receives is something she genuinely deserves. She’s both adorable and cool. But I know she prefers being told that she’s beautiful, right? 🌻: That’s right. I’m a beautiful person. Golf has given me everything — incredible experiences, friendships, and memories that’ll stay with me forever. But lately, life’s been pulling me in a different direction. With two young daughters and a growing love for home life, I’ve felt ready for a new challenge. For now, I’m shifting my focus toward coaching and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. I didn’t want to post something like this straight away, because I wasn’t sure how I’d feel after stepping away from tournament golf. But a few months removed, the overwhelming feeling is pride. If this is the end, then I got to live my dream. I played on the European Tour for many years, won the South African Open with my wife on the bag, played with Tommy Fleetwood at the Zurich Classic, competed in a World Golf Championship, and shared the course with so many great players. The hours spent on the range with Andrew Nicholson, my long-time coach, and my brother, Andy, are memories I’ll always treasure. If I’ll miss anything, it’ll be those moments — the work, the grind, the quiet pursuit of getting better. But there’s no sadness or regret, just pride, gratitude, and excitement for what’s next. Eagle Creek Golf Club have kindly allowed me to explore some in-person coaching at their facility, which I’ve really enjoyed so far. I’ve been continuing to build on the Skillest platform, which has been great — but what I’m most passionate about right now is a new coaching venture I’m building and will be launching soon. I can’t wait to share more. A huge thank you to my wife, Keri, for everything she’s done over the years. Being a golfer’s wife isn’t easy, especially the last few years, but she’s always let me chase my dream and supported me completely. That moment we shared winning the SA Open made it all worthwhile. Thank you to all my family, friends, coaches, and sponsors for your belief and support. I’ve been lucky enough to live my dream — and now I’m excited to help others chase theirs. This isn’t goodbye — just the start of a new chapter. Stay tuned for what’s next 👀

Parents Promised to Pay for College… Until Their Daughter Broke One Rule Caller: My husband and I have been on your plan off and on. We’ve paid off all our debt at one point, and then I was stupid, got back into it. One of the driving forces is we want to cash flow our kids’ college. I’ve told my kids since they were in middle school, “We will pay for college, but you have to live at home, you have to go to a school that we approve of, and you have to have good grades.” Dave Ramsey: Yeah, that’s fine. I did the same thing except the live-at-home part. John Delony: Why do you add that you have to live at home? Caller: Because where I live there are so many colleges within 20 minutes of our home that there is no reason for you to not live at home. Dave Ramsey: Okay. It’s your money, and those are your rules. What’s your question? Caller: My daughter refuses to stay home and go to school. She wants to go to WSU, which is six hours away, and they require you to live on campus and have the food program. John Delony: This is very simple. She’s opting out of your rules. Caller: Yes. And it’s just… it’s very difficult for me. John Delony: You drew a very hard line, a very clear line. This is the way this is going to be, and she said, “Cool. I’m going that way.” Dave Ramsey: But that doesn’t obligate you to pay. Caller: I said I would help with some groceries. Dave Ramsey: No, no, no. She gets none of your money. That’s the rule you set up. Caller: It kills me when you see your kid running into… Dave Ramsey: It’s really heartbreaking to watch people you love do stupid butt things. But you don’t get to vote anymore once they’re adults.

Caller: “I got married a few months ago, and a few weeks ago we found out my wife is pregnant. We have a bit of a debt problem. She has about $177,000 in student loan debt, and I was wondering how we should attack that.” Dave Ramsey: “Is she a doctor or a lawyer?” Caller: “I wish I could say either one, but she’s a freelance nanny. She actually never finished college.” Rachel: “Private school?” Caller: “It was a Division I state school.” Rachel: “So, out of state?” Caller: “Yeah, and this is a bad situation.” Dave Ramsey: “It is a dumb situation. Wow. How close did she come to finishing?” Caller: “She had a little bit left. It got to the point where we couldn’t afford to keep going.” Dave Ramsey: “What do you make?” Caller: “I make about $54,000 a year, and she makes about $36,000. I have about $35,470 in a mutual fund that basically mimics the S&P 500, and I also have just under $30,000 in a money market account.” Dave Ramsey: “How old are you guys?” Caller: “I’m 20, and she’s 23.” Dave Ramsey: “And you graduated from college as well?” Caller: “I’m about 65% through mine. I’m doing it online while serving in the Army.” Dave Ramsey: “Your $54,000 income is from your military service, and she makes $36,000 as a nanny. You have about $65,000 lying around between the money market and the mutual fund. I would continue to stack cash until the baby comes.” “When the baby arrives and everyone is healthy, I have some bad news: your wife is not going to be a stay-at-home mom. She’s going to be working. She signed up for $175,000 worth of debt, and she’s going to be working for a while, so we need to get used to that idea.” “When you have your first baby, there’s usually a tremendous desire to stay home with the child unless someone has a very strong professional calling. You guys need about $85,000. So let’s pretend you save another $10,000. That gives you $75,000 in cash.” “When the baby comes home healthy from the hospital, and mom is healthy and ready to return to work, you write a check for $75,000 and put it toward the student loan. Then you keep $1,000 in your account and attack the remaining $100,000 with a vengeance. Work extra, do everything you can, and sell everything in sight.” Rachel: “The good thing is that, because of what she does, she may be able to watch her own baby along with the children she cares for.”

Not 100% accurate 💬: “You got a devil tattoo?” 🖤: “Yes, I’ve actually always liked tattoos. My dad was covered in them.” 💬: “Your dad is a gangster!?” 😂 🖤: “No, he has dragon tattoos and things like that. Black dragons. I’ve seen them since I was a kid. So I ended up liking them too and got interested in them. But my mom is the complete opposite.” 💬: “Then what tattoos does your mom have? This one is a dragon, this one is a cat.” 🖤: “No, no, my mom is super clean-cut and doesn’t like tattoos at all. I’ve been hearing her scold my dad about them ever since I was a little kid. And now, in my generation, I’m still getting scolded too. Like when I got my first tattoo…” 💬: “Just asking for fun, did your mom say anything?” 🖤: “Oh wow, what do you think?” 😭😂 💬: “Sorry, Mom. Let me apologize on his behalf.” 💬: “What did you get tattooed? A devil?” 🖤: “I also have tattoos lower down. I’m planning for that whole area to be devil-themed. I have Lucifer on the right side. No one will ever see that one because it’s placed very high up. And on the left side there’s a devil face, with horns.” 💬: “So today you’re going to show your tattoos on the program?” 👀😂 🖤: “Want to see?” starts pretending to take his pants off 😂 🤍: “Heyyy! Calm down! Oiiii! This guy is always ready to show off!” 😭😂 //Not Perth being ready to show the tattoo before the question was even finished. 😭🤣 PERTHSANTA TALK WITH KATANYU #KATANYUTONIGHTxPerthSanta

A mom says her 5-year-old accidentally witnessed her and her husband having sex… now she’s worried she’s traumatized. Caller: I’m worried our 5-year-old may be traumatized after accidentally walking in on my husband and me having sex. I’m hoping I’m just overreacting. John Delony: Okay… I need the whole picture. Tell me what happened. Caller: We’re always careful to keep our bedroom door closed and locked, but she had a nightmare and somehow snuck into our room before we closed the door. She hid in our closet. Caller: I went to get dressed, turned on the closet light, and there she was with her face buried in her knees. John Delony: Oh… she had a nightmare, all right. Caller: I jumped back, grabbed a robe, asked her what she was doing, and she told me she’d had a nightmare. John Delony: Did she actually see anything? Caller: She said she didn’t… but where she was sitting, she probably could have seen everything. John Delony: What happened next? Caller: I picked her up, stayed calm, and told her, “If you did see anything, I’m really sorry. That wasn’t meant for your eyes. That’s something for adult husbands and wives.” John Delony: Perfect. Caller: She hasn’t brought it up since, but I’ve been worried all week. John Delony: You handled that about as perfectly as you could have. I’d be willing to bet there’s a 99.999% chance she saw some or all of it.

At a round table discussion hosted by the Thabo Mbeki Foundation about a month ago. I get a text that reads ‘dude, where are you, come back, Chief is looking for you.’ In my head I’m thinking hayi bo according to the program, the old man should still be on the podium mos, what could he possibly want from me. I rush back to the conference room. Kanti all he wants is for me to use my own discretion in deciding on who, among the 30 odd people in the room gets a copy of these stats since he only had 9 copies at his disposal. The entire audience burst into laughter, myself included. To me, being summoned for this random task registered as a wonderful, warm, affirming moment. It was an ‘hey you rebel of a nonconformist, I see and acknowledge your efforts. You matter.’ I live for such moments. It is marvellous being affirmed and validated both in private and in public. You feel loved and needed. Being loved and needed is empowering and inspiring. As we enter into this new month of May with its possibilities and challenges that lie ahead, may you develop a habit of affirming and validating others. We are no different from children. We thrive when validated and affirmed. P.S By the way, when I’m not busy gyrating on the streets or coordinating celebratory events; I produce and project manage conferences, roundtable discussions and symposiums. We oscillate between frivolity and sensibility. Very dynamic and gifted this one of Luphumlo. A fantastic resource he is 😜

Mean Green Nation, I caught up with Mean Green Sports & the best Athletic Director in the land, Jared Mosley last week & when I asked him the million dollar💵 question of what we, as fans, can do to help, he mentioned that one of their big goals is reaching 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ MGAF donors at the $10,000 level or above before the end of the year. We currently sit at 6️⃣5️⃣, but I’m jumping in and pledging $10,000 to be number 6️⃣6️⃣. I’m also challenging everyone that’s been wondering how they can help our program, to do the same thing, by giving what you can💵, to what you’re passionate💚 about.. Your 9️⃣-1️⃣ Mean Green need our support & there’s never been a better time to help. 🚨Ray-Ban & Oakley Meta Glasses update 🚨 -Faster camera Our engineers are cracked and found a way to make media capture latency even faster with no compromises. You're welcome. - Calendar You can now connect your Google and Outlook calendars to Meta AI to receive event notifications, create personal events, and find important calendar information just by asking Meta AI. For example, say “Hey Meta, what time is my first meeting tomorrow morning?” or “Hey Meta, add yoga to my calendar tomorrow at 9 AM.” - Audible voice search expanded availability You can now use voice commands (e.g., "Hey Meta, play my audiobook") to control Audible in all English-speaking regions where both the Audible and Meta AI apps are available. - Creation location for reminders If you've turned on location services for the Meta AI app, the creation location will be saved when you create a reminder. This allows you to see the location where a reminder was created in the Meta AI app. You can also ask Meta AI about it. - Finally, in recent months, we've began to run a lot more A/B tests and experiments, so you may be seeing some other nuggets. Will shout them out when we learn and validate these on a wider scale. If you haven't already, consider opting into our Early Access Program (EAP) in Settings. As you can guess, many more cool announcements coming next month at Connect, so enjoy this POV footage of me practicing with my little QB and stay tuned!
