new (?) block cancel method big characters will break blocks placed on the ground for some reason, and you can buffer another block right after there also seems to be some positioning and timing factors that i don't fully understand yet

Sorry, one more addition. It looks like Sagat can use as well. Walk forward, then input right after the timing where a medium setup would be blocked. Against the medium setup, you'll block it. Against the light setup, you'll get at least a favorable trade with and in some cases even a clean hit.
