This young lady waited in line for the buy one get one free promo and missed the cutoff by 15 minutes. To be fair she was already in line for about 45 minutes so she technically did they there in time she just wasn’t being served at the time of deadline. The employee said she missed it but the manager overrode it and actually gave it to her as 2($4.45), which means she only charged her for two sides of extra meat which is still cheaper than a standard burrito. However the young lady saw it as two separate items and thinks they scammed her. I know Chipotle is a fan favorite for many people but do you think Chipotle could have explained it better for her?

Her husband then earns her that this is someone’s actual office. She didn’t notice the personal pictures on the shelf. Was it really her fault or should they have put the office in an area away from the displays, I don’t think she knew it was someone’s office, should she be removed for this?

The opened the package and got the card out, the last few digits on the back of the card are missing and she couldn’t use it. She goes back to the store and speaks to customer service about a refund. Customer service claims they can’t do anything about it because there are no refunds on gift cards and they need to call the company the card is for. She then pulls a few of the same cards off of the display and opens them in front of customer service and proves to them that they all have the same issue. The Black Star Network has obtained a $555,200 judgment from the state of Texas, plus $13,020 in attorney's fees, against Dallas resident Winsor Barbee and her company Sterling Luxury Coaches. In 2022, our Sprinter was totaled returning from Essence Music Festival. We sent $174,100 to Winsor's company to build a new one. In June 2023, she claimed that the new one was being driven from her shop in Kansas City to DC, and got into an accident in Ohio. Winsor told me she got with the folks at Mercedes-Benz and decided to build a new one. That's why I opted to go with a larger vehicle. From 2023 to September 2024, all I got was the run around. Numerous text messages saying how the build was going, but no photos and videos. I got tired of all the lies. From September 2024 to November 2025, she claims she was dealing with her lawyer and the insurance company. We asked for names and contact info for both, it was NEVER sent. I made it clear to Winsor Barbee that she was cheating Black folks who sent money to fund the show. Clearly she didn't care. This is about accountability and transparency. I wanted to do this with a Black-owned company. But she screwed us over, thus, the lawsuit.

This woman was staying at a hotel that has a self checkout for snacks and various drinks at the front desk. Usually it is attended by a front desk employee but when she went that morning, he was busy helping another guest. She wanted to get a soda but since he wasn’t there, she ignored the self check out, waved the soda in front of their camera and took it and left without paying. Once the employee came back, they already knew what had happened and they are treating it as a theft and informed her she is being removed from the hotel for stealing. She whips out her camera because she felt since nobody was there to ring her up despite the self check out, that she could just take it. Should the self check out which is right in front of the products have been more noticeable or is this a case of entitlement, do you feel she actually stole the item?
