NICK REINER SPOKE ABOUT ADDICTION BEFORE ARREST Dr. Drew: "One of the key features of addiction as it advanced was that it used every positive aspect of our glorious instrument, the brain — including our relationships and our parental instincts... In that every instinct you have as a parent when dealing with an addict will be wrong... The disease makes sure of it."

🛸🔥 The craft we have in our possession is, "VERY, very advanced, and with worldwide repercussions." ~Dr. James Lacatski 🔥🛸 ~ Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell: "You alluded that the UFO in the possession of the U.S. makes the technology described in your other book, 'Initial Revelations,' look primitive. What did you mean by that?" Lacatski: "It looks primitive." Corbell: "Okay, but what does that mean to you?" Lacatski: "It means...it's very advanced, and that's all I can say. VERY, very advanced, and with worldwide repercussions." Corbell: "Okay, but give me an idea I can sink my teeth into of what that means. When you say very advanced. I'm thinking, well, I've got an iPhone 17 and an original iPhone. That's a big difference. Are we talking, you know, sticks and stones to superconductors, advanced difference?" Lacatski: "Absolutely."

Logan Paul explains why finding your purpose matters more than working hard “Celebrities, influencers, and all these motivational speakers tell you that you can do whatever you put your mind to. We are all equal. I’m gonna be honest, that’s not true. I’ve tried to do things and worked really hard. I will immerse myself in a project or an endeavor, go all in, and I found that no matter how all in you go, sometimes it just doesn’t work” “‘Work hard and you’ll win no matter what’ doesn’t always apply. What I think can apply is finding what makes you tick. Find the thing that makes you want to get out of bed every morning, even if it’s something that you wouldn’t consider for one second to be a viable business opportunity. Because if you do what you love every day, you won’t need to work a day in your life”

The hustle bros & the harmony bros are both wrong. This is the right mindset: “You mentioned sacrifices, about all the things that you lost to become professional. I never had the feeling that I did a lot of sacrifices. I just was not able to do all the things that my friends were doing every weekend. But I was able to do all the things. And I did. And at the same time, when you are doing what you want to do, you are not doing sacrifices. You work hard. Of course you push as much as you can. But you’re doing what you want to do.”

You're a lowly foot slave who is desperate to please me. You ache to worship my smelly, sweaty work out socks and soles don't you? Good news for you is, I am going to allow that very thing today. You are going to sniff, lick and worship my stinky feet while I humiliate you, build up that load you're needing to spurt and give you a cum countdown. I am going to allow that release you want but you're going to have to obey my every word, no matter what. Do you understand?

Amazon CEO Andy Jassy's advice for young people: AI will help you "invent in ways that just weren't possible" before, and critical thinking and human judgment will remain your edge. "You can't run away from it, and you can't wish it away. It's gonna be incredibly impactful in your life, in every experience that you try and use in your work... You need to learn about it. You need to educate yourself about it. You need to use it a lot. You need to try it." "I don't think it replaces critical reasoning and thinking." "If I think about business school as an example, you would get these three cases that you had to analyze every day, and you had to do a lot of reading, and you had to take notes, and you had to figure out what the key issues were... All that kind of goes away with AI." "AI is gonna be able to kind of get everybody to that advanced starting spot much more quickly." "The actual putting the dots and the pieces together, either to build a strategy or an approach or a plan or a new product or a new customer experience, I don't think AI is gonna do that for most people most of the time." "I still think you're gonna need human judgment and ingenuity and invention and experimentation and thinking about how all the pieces come together to end up building amazing experiences and businesses." Andy Jassy

To go back to human evolution, we have a survival instinct that constantly pushes. We push out of the cave, we push across the ocean, we push to the moon. Everything is pushing to the next horizon in order to survive. What happens in a society where you really don't have to push that hard or at all to survive anymore? What happens when you come to a society where everything is provided for you? The brain, which has developed to push for its survival over hundreds of thousands of years isn't gonna shut that mechanism off. That's its nature. So now the brain doesn't have anything external to push against. It looks around and says, "Well, it must be us." It starts to push internally against the substructure, the architecture that has provided all of these things. "Maybe we're the bad ones because everyone around is suffering, and we have too much." That's the sort of impetus that you see on a lot of these college campuses that precipitates and I think feeds the value system of weakness.

Great question from Noa Dalzell 🏀: is there something we (the media, fans) are missing in the evaluation of the Jaylen Brown trade? "No, I would just say, listen, we have to make really hard decisions with every piece of information that we have. And ultimately this was the decision we came to. Obviously, in many circles that's not popular and we understood that coming into it." "You take in every angle and every ounce of information that you have and you put it all together. For me ... [advanced analytics] was a small piece of information for me."

The most heartbreaking phone call from October 7 that you will ever hear. Don’t turn away. Don’t turn it off. Listen to every word, every word that child says. We will never forget. Nor will we ever forgive. Gaza voted for this. This is what they wanted. All Hamas did was deliver that wish. Palestine is a cult of death.

ELON MUSK: "We're starting off with an advanced technology fab here in Austin, and I'd like to thank Greg Abbott and the state of Texas for the support. So in the advanced technology fab, we will have all of the equipment necessary to make a chip of any kind logical memory, and we will also have all of the equipment necessary to make the masks. So in a single building, we can create a mask, make the chip, test the chip, make another mask, and have an incredibly fast recursive loop for improving the chip design. To the best of my knowledge, this doesn't exist anywhere in the world. We're really going to push the limit of physics in compute, and we're going to try a bunch of wild and crazy things, which you can do if you've got that fast iteration loop that I can't emphasize enough the importance of being able to make it, to test it and and then make and then change the design, do another one, and have that in a single building."

Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good enough. When it comes to working out sometimes all you need is a few minutes if you use that the right way with intensity and going beyond what you did last time. This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.
