Lmao. A piece of paper from a predecessor isn't going to stop a fascist president. But reality is that Trump actually does "follow the rules" like everyone else....even more so! He showed up in New York State for their show trials. He goes through the appeals process. He didn't pursue prosecutions against Clinton or many deserving people, because the people he appointed in 2017 didn't want it. But now they (rightfully) do, hence the very real fear that Biden has that he'll be investigated for what he did as a private citizen.
