As a business owner. This is my website overview over the last 90 days. And this excludes sales from My 9 distributors. The physical cash made from my walk in sale that had a lot of turnup and also daily walk in shop sales. This is just website purchases. Not that I care if anyone looks up to me. But this comment makes it look like there’s nothing worth learning from me? A girl can’t be business minded and funny simultaneously?😭 This is 1/3 of my businesses. The dashboard shows a significant increase in sale as compared to last year. So what’s there not to look up to? Mind you my products cost between 45 to 80gh. Do you know how many you have to sell in 90 days to get that? Now as a beat maker. Who has the knowledge on who people should look up to. This is the person behind the "Daily Monogatari" account... 💀 It really disgusts me to have such a horrible person like this in the Monogatari fandom, bruh. I kindly ask the good and respectful people who follow me to please stop giving this moron any attention. He’s nothing but a stain on both the Daily accounts and the Monogatari community itself. In fact, there are some really cool and important people in our community who have been hurt by his nasty and gratuitous insults against trans people. I apologize for breaking the gimmick and for bringing such a sensitive topic here, and I really hope it never happens again, but I thought it was important to use my reach to expose what an asshole this guy is, although many of you may already be aware. And for those who agree with his stupid opinions—which I hope is just a small minority—you’re free to be idiots and there's nothing I can do about it, but do us both a favor and don’t waste your time writing shit in the comments.

Building a personal knowledge base for my agents is increasingly where I spend my time these days. Like Andrej Karpathy, I also use Obsidian for my MD vaults. What's different in my approach is that I curate research papers on a daily basis and have actually tuned a Skill for months to find high-signal, relevant papers. I was reviewing and curating papers manually for some time, but now it's all automated as it has gotten so good at capturing what I consider the best of the best. There are so many papers these days, so this is a big deal. You all get to benefit from that with the papers I feature in my timeline and on DAIR.AI. The papers are indexed using tobi lutke qmd cli tool (all of it in markdown files along with useful metadata). So good for semantic search and surfacing insights, unlike anything out there. I am a visual person, so I then started to experiment with how to leverage this personal knowledge base of research papers inside my new interactive artifact generator (mcp tools inside my agent orchestrator system). The result is what you see in the clip. 100s of papers with all sorts of insights visualized. I keep track of research papers daily, so believe me when I tell you that this system is absolutely insane at surfacing insights. This is the result of months of tinkering on how to index research and leverage agent automations for wikification and robust documentation. But this is just the beginning. The visual artifact (which is interactive too) can be changed dynamically as I please. I can prompt my agent to throw any data at it. I can add different views to the data. Different interactions. I feel like this is the most personalized research system I have ever built and used, and it's not even close. The knowledge that the agents are able to surface from this basic setup is already extremely useful as I experiment with new agentic engineering concepts. I feel like this knowledge layer and the higher-level ones I am working on will allow me to maximize other automation tools like autoresearch. The research is only as good as the research questions. And the research questions are only as good as the insights the agents have access to. Where I am spending time now is on how to make this more actionable. I am obsessed about the search problem here. The automations, autoresearch, ralph research loop (I built one months ago) are easier to build but are only as good as what you feed them. Work in progress. More updates soon. Back to building.

In 2020 I entered a summer shredding contest. This was my gameplan to go from 18% body fat to 10% or less body fat in 12 weeks: (Applicable no matter where you’re starting, bookmark this) 1. Eat bodyweight (in lbs) x 10-12 calories daily (more on higher activity days, less on lower) 2. Eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight (if you’re starting more overweight you can aim for goal bodyweight) 3. 10K+ steps daily and progressively more cardio sessions (0 - month 1, 2-3x45 minutes/wk month 2, 5-6x45 minutes month 3) 4. Lifted 5x/week on a push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, rest split with a focus on: - every set ending near failure - fighting to get stronger week by week - managing volume (less volume towards end of the cut for recovery) 5. Limited alcohol to only a few drinks/month 6. Slept 7 hours/night minimum 7. 5g creatine daily 8. Drank around a .75-1 gallon of water + electrolytes daily 9. Refeed days (bodyweight x 15 calorie goal), 1x/wk in month 3 The framework is really this simple to drop body fat. Adjustments will need to be made based on biofeedback & weight data. If you aren’t losing at a rate of 0.5-1% bodyweight per week, you must: - increase your average weekly movement (steps or cardio minutes) - and/or decrease your average weekly calorie intake. Hope this helps guide you to a leaner version of yourself. 🤝

this "Hasan Bad" video is so slept on, like i know it's 4 hours but so much of it is wrong or an obvious self own in this clip, kilo is defending Hasan from those who attack him saying he "supports terrorism" or "supports the Houthis". Kilo gives him a pass by saying, "speaking positively of a group is not the same as endorsing every action they've ever taken", as well as an arbitrary clip of Hasan saying "violence bad" meanwhile, to these same ppl, Ethan Klein is literally a pro-genocide pro-child-killing n-zi, despite the fact that unlike Hasan's glowing rhetoric on the Houthis, Ethan will literally state that he hates Netanyahu, has called the IDF a terrorist organization, has said Israel is committing genocide, etc. imagine that Ethan was openly supportive of the IDF, would any of these ppl give him the same grace? clearly not, given Noah Samsen's video, talk about "useless definition of support"🤨

This is something truly heartbreaking. Seeing these voiceless animals being forced to pull loads far beyond their capacity, treated with such neglect and cruelty, shakes you from within. In today’s world, where so many alternatives exist, why are these innocent beings still not phased out from such brutal labor? They are made to work in the harshest environments, without rest, without care, without compassion. Just look at this male buffalo, struggling as he pulls wet sand from a canal. Every step he takes is filled with pain and exhaustion, yet he has no choice. No voice to cry for help. No way to escape. We often ignore these sights as “normal,” but this is not normal. This is suffering. This is injustice. My heart goes out to each one of these innocent souls who silently endure so much every single day. They don’t deserve this life of pain. They deserve dignity, kindness, and freedom. It’s time we question this. It’s time we raise our voices. Because if we don’t speak for them, who will? #AnimalCruelty #BeTheirVoice

The worst thing facing the Gaza Strip today is the complete destruction of its infrastructure caused by the occupation. This devastation did not stop at buildings and roads — it extended to water and sanitation networks, leaving sewage flowing through homes and streets, mixing with the daily lives of the people. This harsh reality has made the spread of diseases a serious threat, especially among children, who pay the highest price with their fragile health. We now live in an environment where suffering and pain intertwine, as pollution and foul odors have become part of Gaza’s daily life, amid the absence of even the most basic necessities for a dignified existence. It is truly a humanitarian tragedy in every sense, reminding the world that destruction does not end when the war stops — it continues, slowly killing those who remain alive.
