“Papers, Please”: DHS Confirms Americans May Be Forced to Prove Citizenship DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has effectively confirmed that U.S. citizens can now be stopped, questioned, and required to prove who they are simply for being near an ICE operation, even if they’re not suspects — a dangerous shift toward suspicionless stops that has already led to citizens being detained and communities feeling forced to carry ID to avoid arrest, directly colliding with core Fourth Amendment protections and echoing the kind of dragnet policing the Constitution was written to stop. It turns out the woman shot by ICE in Minneapolis, Renee Nicole Good, was protecting a Somalian sex offender here illegally with a warrant “So do you guys want to meet who Renee Nicole Good thought she was protecting? Who she set out to protect when she went and attacked ICE? Because this is one of the men that ICE arrested in a targeted operation there in Minneapolis. Mahad Abdulkadir Yusuf. - A Somali who is here illegally - He has prior conviction for sexual assault from 2016 - He also has prior arrests for first-degree assault and an active warrant for obstructing police Worse, ICE reports they previously tried to arrest this guy at his apartment, but the building manager blocked them from entering and shielded this guy. He’s a convicted sex offender. He has victimized women while in our country illegally. That is who this woman, Renee Nicole Good, abandoned her child to go and obstruct ICE officers and then attack one over. These are the people liberals have been brainwashed into thinking that they need to go help and protect. The same liberals who didn’t care about Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, or Jocelyn Nungaray, and who scolded us for bringing them up. These are the same people who celebrated the death of Charlie Kirk, but now they’re saying, say her name, about a woman who was technically committing a felony to obstruct ICE officers who were trying to arrest that guy. And they wonder how Trump won in a landslide. These people don’t love their neighbors. They seem to actively want most of us to be harmed”

EXCLUSIVE: We were with ICE & HSI Los Angeles as they arrested a Salvadoran alien w/ an active deportation order who has convictions for murder & attempted murder in LA County, but ICE may not be able to deport him due to a protection he got in the final days of the Biden admin. ICE says ALEXANDER ALFREDO PALACIOS GUEVARA is a Surenos gang member who has had an active deportation order since February 2024. He is a convicted murderer, and also has two prior convictions for attempted murder, all in Los Angeles County. During his ICE arrest, he repeatedly told me, on camera, that he shouldn't be deported because he has "CAT". It turns out, his claim was true. ICE wasn't aware during his arrest, but in the last days of the Biden admin, in December 2024, Guevara had been granted what's known as "DCAT", or Deferred Removal under the Convention Against Torture, meaning he can't be deported to his home country because he fears he will be tortured there. The decision was made by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), under the Biden Department of Justice, on 12/18/2024. ICE will keep Guevara in custody & seek to deport him to a third party country, but they are waiting for SCOTUS to rule on their ability to do so, after a federal judge in Boston blocked third party removals earlier this year. ICE, under the Trump admin, is outraged that a decision under the Biden admin is currently stopping them from deporting a convicted murderer & alleged gang member who has a final deportation order & received his due process. ICE statement to FOX: “This criminal alien should never have been roaming the streets of Los Angeles. Not only is he a member of the ruthless Surenos gang, but he also has multiple convictions for murder, assault and rape or sexual abuse of a minor. A highly unusual Biden-era legal decision from December allowed this dangerous criminal to live in American communities. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noem, we are removing public safety threats as it always should have been.” Guevara told me to call his immigration attorney in LA. I did, multiple times, and also emailed her, asking about his case, his criminal history, and who he fears will torture him if he is deported? I never got a response.
