W change, animation is somewhat chopped but this change could decide important clutches. Like imagine if this change existed during when NiKo was in that 1v5 against Vitality during the G2 days. Silent reload would've won him the clutch since he refused to reload.

awful. Instead of making sure to time your reloads when you are sneaking around you can easily just slow reload and no one hears a thing. Same with scoping out as you can just walk around scoped in and no one will hear if you back off an angle or not when lurking.
